Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’m assuming they burnt the bread trying to distract from the fact the meat and everything else was cold. The bottom bun was so hard. We weren’t offered any napkins or sauce. The soft drinks were flat. I do not recommend going near this place.
I will NOT be back!!! My big issue is the DOG that was allowed into the restaurant As far as I could tell the girl with the dog did not even order anything, but when the woman working the drive thru- with headset- noticed her, she came from behind the counter and petted the dog. She then went right back behind the counter and was touching food, without washing her hands. Disgusting…
The water pouring out of the soda machine, the no condiments, and the non curly curly fries are the least of their problems. The lady with pink hair was courteous though.
Shout out to the new manager Erica and her team for bringing new improved positive change to our Arby's. All businesses have ups and downs and this one definitely had completely reached the bottom. Well I had heard it was under new management so I decided to give them a second chance today and wow glad I did. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The employees were friendly, smiling, helpful and courteous. The food was hot and fresh, the sandwich actually had the right amount of roast beef that was perfectly cooked. It's nice to see the positive direction this restaurant has started on. Well done ????
One of the people I know almost got food poisoned and got sick. All the other Arby’s is way better than this. 1 star.
Went for lunch today ordered two fish meals anva chicken wrap meal. Waited thirty minutes for food, told waiting on the chicken. Had to stand up by counter just to get attention to complete our order. Once seated an eating found the fish wasn't cooked, funny waiting on chicken by fish is raw. They just don't seem to have control of the business.
Food is always good. Customer service could be better. Speaking clearly into the speaker and greeting better at the window. Also doing a bit better about the condiments. They do not go on top of the food. That is not sanitary.
The food was good but the staff could have been more friendly. They wasn't rude but they really didn't speak other than the bare minimum. It didn't feel very welcoming. I will go back but I hope the atmosphere improves.
Arby's has a reputation for high quality and that's exactly what you'll get at this location. My food was fresh and made correctly and as always I got a good value.
