It’s Arby’s, so you know what you’re getting. Hit or miss.
But this south side location is always a gamble, and it was a pLeAsUrE to smell and walk through an employee’s cigarette smoke as we entered through the customer entrance.
Can’t take cig breaks out back?
Chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. Huge piece of chicken!! Jeremiah was so friendly!!! One of our faves for hot, fresh, fast food ????
My wife and I stopped in for lunch today around 11:30 and the lady running the counter was awesome. I’m assuming she was a manager. Great customer service and funny. Definitely brightened our day. Tell her I said Go Blue! She’ll know who we were. Thank you so much.
Stopped here for lunch break from work while in the area. It's fast food, so expectations are never high.. But ended up being the best food I've had from an Arby's.. Curly fries were fresh and cooked just right.. Sandwich was hot and not sloppily made. Entire staff was in a good mood and very friendly, apologized I had to wait 30 seconds for hot fries.. Bathrooms were a little meh, lobby looked a little worn down.. but the location is old and could use a remodel.. that doesn't fall on the employees.. They did a great job. Overall a very great visit!
This Arby's on Pennsylvania Ave has the best beef and cheddar sandwich, curly fries and chocolate shake of any Arby's I've ever been to. The employees are friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work because everything there is excellent! ????
Closing before 11, pulled up at 10:50 I get off work kind of late. Went through the drive through and they stated they were closed. I just don’t believe corporate and management would agree with that. I’m sitting here looking at the window, says their open until 11, as well as on Google it states this location is open until 11pm. Get a new job if u don’t like the hours.
Ms. Angela, you saved the Day today after being on the road a long way from home the Arby's on MLK messed up our Order 3x and I called Center St Arby's frustrated Ms. Angela swooped in and saved the day and fixed the mistake made by a store not her store. That is great Customer service. Thank you for helping me feel better and feed my family on our way home!!

And they customer service ???? well they are pretty loud and don't listen
When you say you want horsey sauce I got everything but I got ketchup some fire sauce and no horsey sauce
The lady in front of me ordered 40 some dollars worth of food And it came out quite quickly they made us park around the corner and our food was served quickly my Chicken Sandwich was cold as hell my potato cakes were cold as hell Don't eat there if you want hot food
Not a a well spent $14 if u ask me
Might want to check the lamps so they keep the food that sits there forever warm very dissatisfied ate there about 330pm if I could give a zero star thats where it would be
