I visited Arby's just to do something out of the usual, the staff were quick, efficient and friendly and the food was served hot and was tasty and the atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed. So much so that every so often I will do an impromptu meal change and opt for Arby's. If you haven't been there for a while it's a great place to surprise your taste buds with something out of the usual.
Order our food and then made it home. And realized we were missing half of our order. So we drove back with the food to see if we can get the order remade so we weren’t eating cold food. But the lady was very rude and wasn’t willingly to remake the whole order so we asked for a refund and she said she was unable to do so. After a little back and forth she finally agreed to refund the order. But will not be going back to this Arby’s. Very bad customer service
They charged us TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS for a SMALL WATER CUP (for starters) It’s prob bc there’s a lot of homeless people in the area and they ask for free water… give them the water tho it’s 100+ degrees out. They were bad at the drive thru reviewing my order/ kinda mumbling but every restaurant does that not just Arby’s. Also, They gave us the last 2 waters for free, how generous lol. The water was just ice with a bit of water so that kinda sucked. Lastly, I’m pretty sure in az, a deadly hot state, that everyone is legally required to give people water for free (not 100% tho). I got a $1 root beer float there and it was actually really good (8/10). So, technically, I can get 2.5 root beers for the price of one water lol (at least the ltd rn). Thank you and look at da pics 4 proof. Disclaimer: I am not trying to get any employee fired or shamed upon and I just wanted to share my true experience and sadly it was bad. Wow how sent me an apology w/2 gift cards just noticed, forgiveness equals priceless unless rather fester pitiful bitterness, therefore erasing anything negative because understand we all have bad days now.
Please forgive me for barely noticing but forced crossing town to get & been painfully busy, truly looking 4ward 2 enjoying good food there as your thankful customer: )
Wish could pass on generous gift cards so You know truly do value this business integrity but got alot of super duper challenging things attacking me that can't afford passing because currently wrestling multiple uncomfortable dishes!

I've been coming here for years, and hopefullymany more. Even though I don't live close by anymore, I'll still make the drive. I've never had a bad experience in the drive through or inside.
I never went to Arby's for lunch, but today I very satisfied with my decisions. The the jalapeno bacon ranch wrap is very delicious. Great customer service. And this location have a very nice seating area. ????????????☀️
The drive thru line was VERY slow and then, after paying, you had to pull forward and wait some more. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey Sandwich. There was not one single piece of bacon on the sandwich. I didn't open it until I got home so I was too far to drive back.
Land here after work. usually twice a week. Great food, Great people. They take care of you and they really care,... not just pretending.
