These guys are thieves. Flat out charged me for food they never gave me then refused to refund the full charge.
They charged me twice for the same food. I ordered and used a coupon and the order was $15. Their app malfunctioned and another, duplicate, order was placed, without the coupon.
They charged me for both and only gave me the food for the first order, telling me they'd have the general manager refund the duplicate order the next morning. They didn't refund anything.
I disputed the charge so instead of refunding the 2nd, higher priced, mistake, they only refunded $15 (the first, actual, order). And of course didn't give me back the coupon.
That's theft. They used the coupon and told me it would be $15 then in the end charged me $21.
Don't use their app and definitely don't trust the manager.
Travelers on 1-80, if you are near the clearfield exit Arby's is a great stop. Arbys is right of the exit, and getting back onto I-80 is very easy.
I have been to Arby's several times, and It is a great spot to dine in or take out.
Once you walk in, you will notice everything is stocked and clean. From the drink area to the table, they keep it clean.
One reason I enjoy eating here deals with how consistent the food comes out. Once in a while, there might be a short wait when they are really busy, but still, it is consistent. This is hard to say about resteraunts.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

If you are traveling or from the area, it is worth the stop.
First thing you will notice here...It's super clean. Honestly, I have never been to a cleaner fast food restaurant. It's not even a new restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. The food was just as good. What's weird is that you are more at ease when eating in a place where you know they care. Props to you!
On the way back home from visiting NY, we stopped at this location. The service was excellent. As any other fast food services, for some reason the burgers/ sandwiches were missing the correct topic and when requested to change it, they immediately did change the order by providing another corrected burger. They went to the place we were sitting at and delivered it. Big thank you!!! You guys rock!!
Fast service in a "fresh" feeling Arby's. The inside is very modern feeling with clean bathrooms, an open ordering area, and nicely done dining room. Plenty of TV's make for entertainment during dining. The area by the drink dispenser was a wet/sticky, but not a turn off. Meal was good, and a nice break when on a long drive thru PA. Enjoy your visit.

I'm so disappointed! We stopped on the way to the races to get food to take with us. We ordered 3 regular roast beef sandwiches, 2 curly fries, chicken tenders and lots of horsey sauce. Luckily we checked before pulling away, they forgot 2 sandwiches. We should have checked the sauce. All they gave us was Arby's sauce. No horsey sauce.
Great experience although the employees don’t seem very motivated to take care of the customers. Good food made well and fresh. I’d go again.
