I was surprised with their menu choices. It has been years since I've been to Arby's . I tried a little of each and they were really good and affordable. The atmosphere was nice and the cashier was pleasant and helpful. Arby's definitely isn't just roast beef sandwiches anymore. I would go there again.
Never get my full order. Somethings always missing. Today it was the marinara for 3 orders of mozzarella sticks. Last time it was 2 whole sandwiches.
This is the third time in the last month that o have received the wrong sandwich.
I order a classic roast beef. I have gotten a beef and cheddar. An onion bun and a chicken sandwich.
I will not eat any of these and do not want to go back out to return them. Just disappointed that I need to check my food before leaving from now on. I shouldn’t need to worry about that.
Ordered a smokehouse brisket, looked so good. What is this.
Edit: it's been 5 months since being told I'd get a small token as an apology from arbys :( why say you'll do something if you don't plan on it. What a joke. There's a reason no one goes to the Red Wing location anymore.
Stick with the roast beef arbys sandwich. Menu got a lot bigger.

Arby's has become more affordable with their app. Great roast beef sandwich as always. Curly fries were warm, they are much better hot.
On Monday October 16th I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Arby's roast beef and a mocha shake. I paid $8.68 and then drove off. The next day on my cash card I noticed there was an additional dollar added to the price of the meal which was $8.68. I assume that whoever was working the window on that day added a dollar tip which I did not agree to. I would suggest everyone check their receipt before driving away from the window. I do not feel when you're going through the drive-thru that you are mandated to pay a tip.
