Both items I ordered were fresh and hot. Their Mozzarella sticks are thick compared to all other fast food chains, which I enjoy. Got a good deal on the 2 items I ordered and only paid $6!!
Food seemed to taste well but I got extremely sick a few hours after I ate it if that long. Service seemed to be fast ,and polite workers. Atmosphere - was out side through drive thru
0 stars is more accurate. The girl working the window tonight should be put in the back or find a new job. Rudest customer service . Shoved the bag in my hand, while not even looking, overfilled my drink with the liquid all down the cup and on the lid. One guy had half his body leaning across the counter where they make food, with his phone. They got my online order wrong. My Buffalo sandwich was just slop soup on a bun. I get it, it's fast food, it's for convenience, but, damn! This leffel lane/s lime location is garbage. And management is lack there of, at least for the evening crew. Severely pissed me off , turning what should have been a quick easy part of my night, messy and disgusting! No thank you. Have the nasty proof pictures but my phone isn't giving the option to post them????
The food is always good, and the service is fast and friendly. We always eat in though, but no one else ever does it seems.

I no longer live in Springfield.
I was in town today, and we stopped by.
I tried their Southwest Chicken Avocado Wrap. It was spicy and really good.
It's a highly recommended change to that every day boring burger.
Went through the drive thru and was told to pull up while they cooked the chicken for my chicken bacon swiss sandwich. I sat there for 20 minutesand nobody ever came out with my food. I had to go inside to get it and none of it was prepared and my order cleared off the screen
Tried the new $9.00 steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich. Really disappointed of what you get for what it cost.
NOTHING like what the TV commercial looks like.
Rude employees and the crinkle fries are rubber. Used to be good place, but they have definitely lost a knowledgeable cook. The fries have went downhill so bad that I have mastered the art of air fryer fries. I can now make two large fries at home for like 50 cents. I'm going to give the service a 3 stars only because they helped me stop fast food for good.
Arby's has been a favorite for years. The menu is robust and it has a great fish sandwich, better than the golden arches. The roast beef and great advertising are the reasons for years of success. The fruit turnovers are my weakness. Go Arby's!
