The food has gone done hill. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich always comes with 1 slice of bacon, barely enough turkey, very little ranch and a thin slice of cheese. The fries are not warm or fresh. I rarely ever go anymore because what you get isnt worth the price.
I rarely go out the way to complain on reviews, but this place certainly justifies to do so. The customer service wasn't the cashiers fault because he was only doing what the manager instructed them to do. I went in to order and decided to get their special 2 for $7 or 2 for $7.50. I can't remember the cost. The sandwich is called the Americana. Never had that before, but after I heard what comes on them, I asked not to have some sort of sauce (maybe burger??? sauce) the name is not important. I did not want that sauce, and I did not want the lettuce. The cashier told me they were only allowed to remove 1 thing off the sandwich per their manager. I asked him to repeat it. I said well nevermind I'll go somewhere else.
Arbys accross the entire country make people sick. It is not you, they use something in their food that will make you sick
Husband and son wanted something to take back to the hotel. It was 10 at night no roast beef. My husband Ordered 2 hamburgers. They were raw fries were cold . Son had fries cheese sticks and brisket sandwich awful. Not to say it cost 40.00 for that nasty stuff. Will never eat at a Arby's again.
I was at this location on 3/31/2018 and my half pound roast beef sandwich consisted of pink, brown and green meat! Absolutely disgusting and has ruined me from Arby’s the rest of my life! Wish I could post a picture because I took one and it makes me sick to look at it! It’s on my Facebook page though!!! Absolutely horrible!!!
It’s an Arbys in a gas station. It’s a chain, so you know what to expect.
Customer service is terrible, they are quite disinterested as if they would not like working there.
Arby's food is always on point for what we expect from a fast food chain.. clean quick and ready to go.. can never go. Wrong with the double cheddar and the best honey mustard in the game!!
