Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwhich meal via online and everything was great till I opened the sandwhich. It's swimming in so much sauce its hardly edible. Everything is soggy. Guess I should asked for a straw to go with it. 16$ down the drain, but hey - it's not your money, so who cares, right?
For how long we had to wait the food should not have been cold. Happy meal nuggets were too hard to even bite into (Major choking hazard) and all of the burgers/wraps were ice cold. If the wait is long at least make the food fresh…overpriced for how poor the food was made. $41 for an order you damn near broke a tooth on eating
To the crew running this Arby’s at 2 pm, thank you. I went through the drive thru and when I was putting my wallet back into my pocket I spilled my shake everywhere, and then had a full meltdown in the car, and then I went inside because I *really* wanted a milkshake and I was extra sad because I spilled it everywhere, and I told the crew what happened and they gave me a milkshake no charge. I love the Arby’s peoples, and I appreciate you guys for dealing with my autistic ass

The young lady at the counter was excellent, but the place could use a more thorough cleaning. The place was not trashy, but if you looked closely at the surfaces and floors, you could see someone went over them with something, but it was not clean.
It was a stormy night and I got off the highway to grab a snack and tried to go through the drive thru but their drive thru can only accommodate small cars.
So I got out in the rain to get food.
People were friendly but my food was cold, and I got drenched doing so.
I know they don't control the weather but I wish the slider was hot
Love their new Diablo brisket and Diablo chicken sandwiches. Super spicy ????. The jalapeno chicken bacon ranch wrap was also good. Fast service.
WOW, I walked in and the smell of over cooked rotting meat was disgusting and I know thats not Arby's way...So what that tells me is your store isn't following your time meat in your holder.. Shame on this manger running shift 10-17-24@ 3:48 pm
You can get someone sick...I will still go to Arby's but if you store smells like this store you won't get my business.
Smelled odd and table and seats sticky. Doors, windows ..everything had a dirty film.
Food was warm. Shakes were good
