So happy with my experience! I have been traveling on the road for almost 2 weeks and have yet to get a nice warm fluffy breakfast biscuit. I wasn’t even aware that Arby’s had a breakfast menu. When I went to order the lady very politely informed me that they had just switched to lunch. I said okay and went to walk off, as I have been craving a biscuit. She said hold on, checked with the kitchen staff and said they still had biscuits. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and added sausage. My biscuit was not dry and came out warm and delicious! When you are on the road the way that I am, little things like this really just make your day!
I ordered the hamburger, and it was a little hard hamburger when I bite & ate & swallow my throat feel like hurt I took my drink swallow down, The lady worked night time I didn't catch her name. Please check hamburger needs soft. Just let know.
The service here is pitiful and beyond ridiculous!. I went inside to place an order, waited between 7-10 mins and nobody even acknowledged I was there waiting in line. The black girl taking the orders was just acting busy and kept looking at the monitor and acted like she was reviewing the orders. You could tell she was doing that on purpose. The truck driver in front of me left without placing his order for the same reason. People waiting for their food seemed unhappy aswell. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS POOR! The owner needs to realize the type of trash they be hiring.
This Arbys in fair play is close to the interstate 85. It’s in the loves gas station. But the drive through is pretty good and the people working the store were pretty nice. The order was quick and it came out as I

I went to Arby's around 6 pm and they were out of everything. The employees were friendly and what I did eat was good... But they were not prepared.
I was craving a milkshake and im deathly allergic to strawberries. The guy at the counter did not hesitate to go and clean the machine and make me my shake. Very much appreciated!!!
The guy at the drive-thru was very patient and helpful, and the food was delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were out of potato cakes, the main reason I chose Arby's.
They are making there sausage egg and cheese wrap smaller than they used to be they gave me a small one and I ordered another one so they can make it bigger than it was even smaller and they only refunded me for the sausage egg and cheese wrap and not for my potato wedges that I order I wanted the whole thing reimbursed and they would never do it I'm never coming to Arby's again this location or any location in the entire United States everybody boycott them
