The three stars is only because the service was great. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. I think the reason they were able to get our food so quickly is because the 3 PC chicken tenders my daughter ordered had been sitting in a corner for half a day. They were tiny, the size of her finger. She couldn't eat them because the tenders were too stale and hard. I know the pictures are not representative of the actual food received, however this was not even in the same solar system. Good grief. I paid $18 for a medium chicken tender meal and Reuben sandwich only. I wouldn't have complained if the food had been edible. We ended up ordering her something from CFA. Very disappointed
Arby's has became a fan favorite of mine, like I didn't even know they sold fish items on the menu!? ????
The service was nice, although the food could've came a little bit faster, it's always nice for them to prepare it for me first to get it just right.
The lobby wasn't too packed but I see why a lot of people don't go to Arby's but I think yall should try it out! Seats and tables were clean as they can be.
I was curious about their menu items, one in particular with the crinkle fries like they copied other fast food restaurants but hey, you can never go wrong with the original curly fries.
Went to the drive thru on a Friday night for my husband and I and spent $20 plus dollars. He got the crispy chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. I got the turkey bacon ranch combo however my sandwich didn’t contain much bacon. You already only get about one piece of bacon per sandwich but they didn’t even give me that. I took a picture of it to add it to the review but it won’t allow me to add them. This is ridiculous.
This is the slowest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. But then also they were very rude to me and my wife whenever I went through the drive thru. What restaurant doesn’t have ranch? Every restaurant has ranch they just didn’t want to go get it. Very disappointed. The slider was ok but still DONT GO HERE.
Very good. They gave me the wrong thing but I ate it anyway. Did not want to take it back
The sign clearly stated open @9 but when I pulled up @1030 nobody was there! Lights were on but all the doors were locked and nobody acknowledged me in the drive thru.
Closed at 11:54AM on Sunday, Oct 6. Doors locked. Drive thru wrapped around building about to spill into 119.
Went though drive through and I forgot to order a drink even tho as soon as I said that I wanted they said pull around not is that all or anything and I asked if I could add a drink to my order the told me that they won’t allow that bc there short staffed. I used to be in the food industry and it’s not hard to press a few buttons to get my order right. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wasted time from my lunch brake bc I had to go somewhere else to get a drink.
