I love Arby’s, but when I got there I was SUPER disappointed that they got rid of their Ham and Cheese sandwich. That has been a classic for years!!! I think they should bring it back. They have introduced too many new weird menu items. Don’t get rid of the classics. Overall the food is still pretty good!
Tried the Beer batter fish sandwich, waffle sweet potato fries and rootbeer float. Sandwich was good but messy, when taking a bite everything wanted to exit the bun on the opposite side. Fries were good but I would like them a bit crisper. Float was just okay.
Regular roast beef sandwich with only 1 slice of beef. This was the same on both sandwiches. I don't recommend. Fries were also cold,
Per manager this store is permanently closed as of 06/24/24. Corporate wanted this franchise owner to completely remodel the store which was unaffordable and unnecessary. It was remodel not that many years ago and looked fine and modern. This poor owner lost $3000 last month as it is. Now corporate wants them to dump many more thousand of dollars for nothing. Sorry to see it go. None close to my house anymore and I have no desire to travel farther as the food is not worth it anyway.
Haven't had Arby's in while. Stopped in not to long ago and I was immediately surprised on how great this team of staff was. I was greated with smiles and hellos. While I was eating I could hear in the background the employees laughing and talking like they actually liked working there. Must explain why the food was good as well. Hot fresh fries and rubin was made perfect. The manager even stopped by my table and asked how everything was.
Not many places have this type of atmosphere anymore and that's sad. So I was happy with my experience at this location in Lake in the hills.
What a fiasco! The last time I visited Arby's was about 2001 or 2002 and never went back until yesterday. I wanted my kids to try it since I've forgotten how it tasted. The sandwiches are too plain, just bread and meat. No sauce or vegetables. It could use some hot sauce or giardinera. I am glad I came back to refresh my memory so I do not come back again for a long time.
I asked for light ice in my strawberry lemonade, pulled up to be handed a full cup of ice. I simply asked could I get light ice and the manager Margie rolls her eyes and tells me I will have to pull forward and wait now. I look in my rear view and there are no cars behind me so now I’m confused on why she needed me to pull forward, probably because she didn’t want me to see her spitting in the new drink she had to pour. So I simply just ask her for my money back, she asked why and I told her I don’t like her attitude for a simple request that I asked for when placing my order.
Idk what this is they sold me but it looks like a bootleg version of the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich I ordered and waited like 8 min for it just to not even be right lol I’m sureeeeee chicken tenders are missing if I wanted a mcchicken I would have went to McDonald’s lol I called back but they seemed more upset that I came back or called to get it fixed oppose to me being upset cause I really wasn’t and even though I said I was on the way back I still waited like 8 minutes again so it could be remade BUT They fixed the issue cashier was nice
