ZERO STARS!
DO NOT EAT HERE! I went to grab something for lunch and received a raw chicken patty in the middle! I will never eat here again! Also tried to call several times and received no answer. I couldn’t turn around and go back because I was on lunch which is a time limit. A waste of time and money! Yes, I have the order ticket number, date and time I went but will like to keep the name as of the server anonymous. Whoever the cook at this restaurant does not properly do their job!
I was craving a Rueben for lunch but didn’t want to pay an outrageous deli price, so I stopped here. Hands down the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in a while and same quality you’d find at a local deli. Awesome portion size too.
This was such a nice place to eat before they remodeled a few weeks ago. It used to be so cozy, but now it feels like a prison cell. The staff are very friendly and do their job well, but the insipid and mundane modern corporate aesthetic ruins the experience. I don’t plan on eating here again, the convenient location doesn’t justify such a depressing way to spend my lunch break.
I visit this Arby's and order door dash all the time and they NEVER fill the fries up to the correct portion that you order. Everything else hits but expect to be shorted on your fries!
The Assistant Manager Ms. Walton had a very nasty attitude. I understand we have our moments, but this service was not acceptable.

I walk into this restaurant on 06/14/2024,I was not greeted nor did anyone come out from the back. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, never u had my order taken or anything. So I just left,this place needs to work on thier customer service skills. If I could give a zero I would have.
Nice clean restaurant, food was good and hot and very nice employees ☺️
