I waited for 22 minutes for my hamburgers to be raw, yes raw. As I was eating the last few bites of my BBQ Bacon Burger the texture changed. I looked at my burger and saw it is raw. My son's burger was even worse. More than pink it was cold inside. This is was definitely not cooked long enough. I would rather wait longer for fully cooked food.
Wasn’t given my drink and my large fries were nearly empty when I looked in my bag. 1/10 never going back and wouldn’t recommend for anyone else
Fast food that is actually fast! With the 2 for $7 deal it is more affordable than most of the other options. Bathroom was fully stocked - always important! Only 4 stars because they don’t have potato cakes anymore.
I ordered online got confirmation that my order was received and would be ready at designated time. When I showed up the employee informed me that they were out of Roast beef didn’t offer any kind of compensation refund anything just looked at me like I was inconsiderate for not wanting to change my order. I had to ask when my order would be ready he had no clue went to the back asked and said maybe 10 minutes I waited for my order… much longer than 10 minutes I NEVER received an apology or offer of compensation…when I FINALLY got my order everything was barely warm fries were soggy and stale NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A FAST FOOD CHAIN WHEN THEY WERE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG!!! I would’ve given 0 stars if that were an option as a patron who visits Arby’s regularly at least once a month or more… I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I will not be returning anytime in the near future

Glad Arby’s switched to Coke Products a few years ago.
Food: Food tasted good and I received my correct order.
Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and so was my l the table I sat at.
Service, Speed: The food came out within a matter of minutes and the staff was friendly.
Restrooms: The restroom was clean. The lock on the door is a little weird, so make sure you have it locked correctly.
came in to pick up order the girl in back with pink hair had her long hair down making food and I know from experience working around food u are supposed to keep hair put and a hair net in and that what needs to happen Will not be back at all
UPDATE: The last 3 times I’ve been here my food has tasted like expired lunch meat. The girls at the drive up window have been so short and passive aggressive. You’ve just lost a customer.
