Ordered 2 beef and cheddar no cheese sauce add Swiss this is what I got. Terrible food and service!
The employees here were really nice. The manager ended up taking our order and she had done a great job. They also have the best sweet tea. Betters then Mc.Donalds . The place was clean and yes it smelt good when you walked in ????
I've never been here before today but the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They were not very busy and made it a point to smile and chit chat. The food was excellent and as advertised :)
Arby's on 157. They just remodeled and we used a coupon they sent in the mail for promotional reopening. The guy at the window was rude when the price came up wrong and said what do you want me to do about it?! That's what the computer says. The manager came up to fix the price but it was wrong too. We stopped going before the remodel because the service was so terrible. I guess it's not any better just because they made it prettier.
Update: the manager on duty corrected the experience. For people who work somewhere using a cash register and dont know how to do basic math...saying, what am i supposed to do about it is never the correct answer for a customer. The extra $2 wasn't the point. The point was that we wouldn't have tried it again because of previous past bad experiences if it wasn't for the promotional coupon. I don't care what your computer says, i don't care how you arrive at the discount, just make it right.
If you can't do basic math, stop applying for jobs where it's a requirement.
The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms.
The food on the other hand was cold. I exchanged it to be warmed and they gave me new food. Which sadly was just as cold.
Arby's needs to stick with roast beef. Only thing they can do. Who ever is new product tester needs fired. Got my first and last hamburger there just now. The meat taste like it was precooked and kept warm in hot water. Not sure what that watery mayonnaise stuff is. It was oozing out. The green slice of core tomato was pretty rough. If someone cannot make a hamburger fit to eat they need another line of business. I'm speaking for the top down. Not the people who hate their job at the restaurant. The hamburger picture on the ads is not what you will get. It's propaganda just like in Russia.
We tried the refurbished Arby's today. It is bright, clean looking even somewhat steril. To us it is a little cold looking however they did add a high top table which I know that people like. They did away with the nice setup of self serve condaments and you now are asked what condaments you want when you order. They are now 100% using the little packs of sauces. We each had the classic roast beef combo. We like the curly fries. The sandwiches are pretty good too. We got an order to go for a friend. She wanted ketchup but they did not include it with the order even tough it was requested. Bummer!!

I’ve eaten here in the past many times with no problems. But today was an exception!!!!! So I go thru the drive-thru and I ordered a #10 which is a Reuben sandwich a fry and a drink. I upgraded it to a large. I drive the 25 minutes to my home all the while anticipating this Reuben sandwich that I’ve been wanting for quite some time. I sat down and opened it up to see this. Definitely not a Reuben sandwich. I’m so very disappointed. $10.02 for this!!! I guess if you go there you better pull over once you get done and check everything before you leave.
