We both tried the new bacon cheeseburger. One was overdone and dry and the other was too red in the center. Bacon was too salty. Skip this meal. Not worth the $8.29 just for the burger. Go back to the beef n cheddar!
Good fast food restaurant. I buy $60+ when I go because I live across the river & I ain't cooking.
Their staff is friendly and my order has always been right, they do lack in hooking up the sauces tho.
I recommend this spot. Ask for your sauces...because if you don't, they won't. At least every time I have frequented their establishment.
I went there around 11am with my friend because he wanted to use the restroom and he went in without a problem. Then I wanted to use the restroom too and I went inside and asked if I can use the restroom. The employee immediately told me that I had to buy something to use it. That employee immediately discriminated against me because of my skin color. My friend who went in without a problem is white and I'm Latino.
I was treated differently only because of the color of my skin.

This Arby’s is by far the cleanest I’ve ever been in and the staff that was working other night was very kind and hard-working. A young man by the name of David was the one who waited on me very good customer service, very attentive and very polite.
I've never had a meal from here that wasn't missing something. Went here 5 years ago for a beef and cheddar, only to recieve a dry beef sandwich. I decided to try again today with my grandparents and got a beef and cheddar meal. When we got home I found that they didn't give me fries, despite charging us for them.
My grandson got a spicy chicken burger that was to spicy for him. We told Shannon and Sharie and they gave him a new chicken burger that was less spicy. They were so kind to do that and we sure did appreciate it!
Great food and good service. I eat here often. Service has been consistently great the 30+ times I have been in.
We really liked their fish sandwiches, when they have them. But can't complain about any of their other sandwiches, at least they're taking their time to make them. The amounts of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce are appropriate, and we really liked the seasoned fries. The customer service was also above par, they were nice and professional, and when we asked for extra ketchup, they actually gave us extra ketchup, it's a miracle!
