Waited 20 minutes for my dine in order because of a "mix up" they told me only after I went back up to the counter wondering why a simple sandwich and curly fries was taking so long.
The food was fine but next time I'll just use the app or go through the drive thru.
Food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The inside was clean and looked nice. Food came out quickly and fresh.
Came in to sit down and eat dinner, CAM the guy that took my order was very awkward and looked like he hated his job , he could definitely use some social skills/ customer service training. Soda bar was covered in sticky stuff. Food was ok.
Hello foodie friends! As u know if you've seen one you've seen them all. Food is the same in every location. However this is the irst one i actually ha a chicken sandwich cooked all the way thru with no frozen gristlely center.????????

The only complaint is things that used to be so cheap are no longer cheap and you get way less for what you pay for And can't stand when managers want them to up sale.They act like you're stupid because you don't have enough sense as the manager thinks to know what you want So he makes the staff offer you things that you didn't even ask for Upselling in a restaurant should be against the law and any restaurant that violates that should be fined
So just visited my local Arby’s and always order the same thing one double beef and cheddar and one half pound beef and cheddar and two large potato cakes for my wife and I and this is the third time I’ve ordered and I get no cheddar on either sandwich I am definitely done with Arby’s for a while 1103 Berkeley in Goldsboro NC I would not recommend this place plus the staff act like they don’t care
I mean you can't go wrong with a good hot and fresh Arby's roast beef sandwich. They have updated the inside, but it's not fine dining so the atmosphere is perfect for what it is. The staff was efficient and friendly.
Great service and very friendly. There was a crew member cleaning up in the dining area like every 5 minutes. Food came out hot and fast. And they don't cheat you out of the roast beef lol. Watched ESPN while I ate and relaxed for lunch.
