We spent almost 40 dollars, asked for fresh mozzarella and spicy chicken deluxe. Needed to wait like 15 to 20mim because they forgot my sandwich and needed to wait extra time! But I don’t care much about the time, I’m freaking upset because they putted a bunch of sauce on my sandwich, and the kitchen lady said “wasn’t on my screen” so she got upset about it and look what I got!!
I couldn’t eat it like that, all taste is spicy sauce.
1:30 Tuesday Oct 29 2024. Food was fresh, hot and well-prepared. The staff all seem to like each other and are very efficient. I ordered the Reuben and can highly recommend. Glad I passed over McDonald's for this Arby's!!
Customer service was decently fast. Food was fresh; fries where not as fresh but good though. Sliders are consistent and fresh, the new Mac’n Cheese ball were delicious but for $3.99 and you get 4 cheese balls is absolutely a RIP OFF‼️ The taste was great but the prices doesn’t match the amount. Corporate needs to change that … make it $3.99 for 6-7 pieces at least. And lastly the a damn small drink is a medium now? No freaking way… that’s another rip off.
Very fast and fresh food! Order was correct and service was outstanding! Dining room was very clean. Highly recommend the pumpkin turnover.
Went to Arby’s and ordered a sandwich Through the drive-through I work right across the street and I ordered a supreme roast beef. It was cold I had one tiny squirt of Arby sauce and the sandwich was half thrown together…I only have 30 minutes for lunch now I can’t eat the disgusting sandwich and they have no lunch left. Thanks Arby’s.. I asked for some salt they gave me one packet which was half empty. I wouldn’t write this but every time I go over there there’s always something wrong with the meal, I don’t mind Paying the high price as long as my food is the way it’s supposed to be someone needs to train people over there in Edinburgh Indiana

They are CONSISTENTLY the WORST ARBYS to have ever had the total misfortune(for us the consumer) of opening. It is consistently slow with awful service and thats just the typical complaint. I have seen employee meltdowns, arguments as well as blatant ignoring of customer requests to their face.
It seems to be a new problem every week. For the past month the bread warmer has been "down" which isn't usually an issue as the meats are supposed to be warm. So this usually goes unnoticed. This week whole sandwiches are coming out cold. I mean refrigerator cold... seriously? Today was the last straw for me. You can't boil this situation down to understaffing. This is just ignorance and conplete lack of care. This will be the last visit I ever make to this place and will be speaking to friends and co-workers about doing the same(they will 100% agree).
They got our order wrong in the drive through even after repeating the correct order back twice and then when we came inside to make it right the drive thru attendant yelled “are you freaking kidding I asked them for the size five times” we then proceeded to find a hair in our sandwich
When we walked in, Seth, the cashier, told us the Arby roast beef sandwich was 5 for 5 with the app. I didn't have the app, so he helped me download it on my phone. After I made my order and I was ready to pay, I couldn't use my gift card. The manager, Dawn Evans, then came to help figure it out. Because it wouldn't let me use the gift card, she was very nice and paid for our sandwiches. We told her it wasn't necessary to do that, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. Dawn said she has been the manager there for many years. She is a great employee. Thank you, Dawn and Seth, for your thoughtfulness.
