This Arby’s has been on a down swing lately. A lot of turnover also, which has lead to orders being incorrect many times. Today I received yet another wrong meal in the drive thru. I do not plan on coming back for a while until they can get it together. Waiting for Raising Canes to open to hopefully get better food, correct orders, and exceptional service, I hope.
I’ve had the 2 for 5 chicken wraps from 3 different Arbys, this one by far the best!
Took my 16-year-old son here before going to the movies cause he said he wanted to check it out. He had never eaten here and as far as fast food goes, he loved it so did I Arby’s? He said they have the meats.
The moment I walked on the door my feet stuck to the floor. The floor looked clean. But it pulled my sandals right off my feet. I can barely walk across the floor and keep my shoes on. The fries were overcooked and tasted very burnt nasty. Ordered them but was tossed two bags. No way I'm putting my food on these nasty bags to eat on these tables. I won't be back. Said something to the worker about how nasty the floors were in my feet being stuck to him and I got blew off with an I know. Didn't really want to eat the food with my feet are sticking up the floor in the lobby what's the back look like

The new Arby burger is actually really good.
Doesn't taste like a fast food burger. Was really well seasoned and had no marks of freezer burn.
Seems & tasted like fresh meat. Really liked it.
Tasted like an in-and-out/SteaknShake burger.
The chicken salad....was healthy?
Like it had no unnecessary sugar at all; it depends on the grape slices to sweeten the mix.
I didn't hate this at all. But neither was it anything special. But making chicken salad palatable is already a great feat. So better than my expectations. And not sickly sweet; which was surprising.
I ended up using only one slice of bread for the chicken salad and folding it in half. Too much bread.
Bread tastes good though. A nice rye bread; also not sweetened. Was perfect for sandwich bread.
I remember when a beef and cheddar used to actually have cheese on them. This seriously can’t be more than a teaspoon. Last several I have gotten have been like this.
Nasty burned oily food! It makes me feel sick for more than two days!
