How do you forget the cheddar in BEEF N CHEDDAR?
Also had a chicken sandwich with the Swiss subbed for cheddar and no tomatoes and they still put Swiss cheese and tomatoes.
I usually never have problems here either.
The food is good, the place is nice, and the bathrooms are clean. This is a new location so they are low on staff. They got slammed on the church crowd. Missed something on our order. Still, the manager handled it well.
UPDATE: Well, they have had time to get their act together. It wasn't crowded, and I got the sense that the employees were hiding in the back. No one was at the register. After a couple of awkward minutes, someone popped their head around the corner and noticed us. The food was still good. Service is a bit lacking.
2ND UPDATE: Well, the last couple of times I have been there, the dining room was closed. There is a big sign that says dining room open. Now it was Sunday morning. It wasn't 10 at night. After trying a couple of doors, I finally got to talk to the manager. She said she only had a couple of people there. OK, I understand that. Why don't you put up a sign that says dining room CLOSED so people aren't walking around the building. Anyway, they lost a star.
Only one employee working. He was very nice. Unfortunately, he made my sandwiches with very little meat.
Fries were hot from the fryers. Shake was awesome.
The 2 stars are in no way a reflection on the employee.
This is in protest to the sacrifice of service, in attempting to operate a restaurant with one person.
Eric Bradley has truly turned this Arby’s around. Fresh food , great customer service, and clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only Arby’s I eat at. He needs to be the GM OVER all locations!!!! He knows how to set the expectations!
First time at this location. Three customers and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food to be done. 10 minutes isn't too bad, being I rather wait then have my order messed up. The staff was friendly, plus food was hot and fresh. The gyro wasn't as good as the one's I purchased from other locations in the pass. I'm not a big Arby's fan so I can't see myself returning to any location unless they start selling burgers again.
Great place!!!! Never ate a brisket sandwich soo
tasty ???? very good.
I didn't even get to order. Me and my partner came in on lunch break, dining room is empty, drive through is empty, we can hear the staff goofing off in the back.
After a minute or two I started talking nice and loud about how hungry I was so they would know we were there. After still no service, we left. Embarrassingly lazy staff.
Where do I begin.. I was the only one in the drive thru, so I don't know why the wait was so long, until i saw one of the workers running across the parking lot not at the drive thru window. Not Only did I have to wait about 15 minutes for my food, but the quality was bad and they got my order wrong. Worst Arby's I been too, will not go back.
