They should stick to roast beef or improve the cold burger. Cheese doesn’t look like real cheese. Not enough napkins for the meals bought. 2 napkins 4 meals.
Other 3 meals were fine. The people were friendly.
I went into Arby's one afternoon there in Madison, and bought a delicious chicken sandwich. The person obtaining my order did an excellent job! Very friendly and eager to help, which is a wonderful quality in a worker. This person's name was Wayne. And they did a good job getting my order right ???? Good job to Wayne!
I visited the Madison,IN Arby's yesterday and pulled up to the drive through speaker. The first thing the employee said was "We are currently out of roast beef" Seriously? Roast Beef is the main menu item at Arbys yet they were out of it? How does that even happen? It would be like going to KFC and them telling you they are out of chicken! I don't understand why they were even open if they were out of roast beef. The most annoying part about it is that I drove around 20 miles from Versailles to eat there. (Versailles has a limited selection of restaurants compared to Madison) I ended up going to Rally's and the food was great, the service was fast and it was a whole lot cheaper than Arbys would have been.
Angel, the girl at the counter with the nose ring, doesn't look at you when you walk up to the counter. She just looked off in the distance. I was getting ready to say "I'd like to order" when she turned to face me. Not speak, just look at me. Actually, stare is more like it. I gave it awhile. My wife and I are the only people in there, btw. Nothing, just the stare. I finally said "Number one meal". This apparently was what she was waiting for. She then gave my wife the same treatment. No "thank you, it'll be right out", she just handed me my receipt. Nice. Our order was delivered to the counter in the same fashion. So the service was bad enough. Bad enough that I actually filled out a survey, for the first time...ever.... and I'm 64. The fries were the bottom in the basket. None was longer than an inch. All were cooked hard brown. When I worked in fast food, we would have just thrown those out. Which is what I wound up doing with most of them. I like Arby's, but we've made our last visit to THIS one.
This store is a joke. Their door dash page forces you to remove certain ingredients from your sandwich and even though I've told them multiple times it does this, they still won't fix it. They say it's all corporate but they can call corporate and have them fix it (or at the very least let them know so they CAN fix it). They're just too damn lazy! And they want me to drive back for the missing stuff? No, my food would be cold so unless you're going to replace my entire order, this isn't a solution. Thanks for the worthless dry sandwich. don't eat here, they don't listen to customers and clearly flat out don't care. I want my 17$ back.
Edit: and my curly fries were cold (I made their review immediately after receiving my partial order) talk about insult to injury I can't even eat some of my order.
Went here at 10:15PM and someone was inside working. Waited at the speaker and then drove to the window, still wouldn’t take our order. Google said they close at 11pm.
The French dip and Swiss are so good! The jamoca shakes are a delicious treat.
This Arby's is a joke. I don't know if they're bad at staffing or if they aren't paying their workers enough (lets be real, it's probably both) but they're never open. Sometimes they straight up close in the middle of the day. I went at 8 pm the other day, online and on the physical door, it says the dining room is open til 10.
Well the dining room was not open. So I left having wasted my time hoping to grab a quick bite before work. Oh well.
I show up the next day at the exact same time and they're completely closed. This isn't a one off occurrence either. For over a year they've been closing sporadically. Sometimes they close in the afternoon, sometimes later, but you never know when this store is actually open. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because when you do get the food its okay. Nothing to write home about but it's edible and has taste. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you're okay with being disappointed and going elsewhere
