I've always had great service here despite ongoing labor shortages. It's a great spot for a quick bite. Food is always hot and delicious. There's plenty of parking as well. Conveniently located just off I-68 across the street from Lowes.
Best Arby's I have been to in a while. Great sweet tea, hot roast beef, perfectly crunchy fries. I ate my food before I could snap a pic, haha.
I've been an avid Arby's costumer for years. This Arby's was nasty, filthy lobby and sicken bathroom. The trash cans were full and the food was nasty. The evening shift manager probably didn't care. I was appalled. Before I sat at the table of choice, it wasn't even clean along with the seats. I looked around and there wasn't any clean tables available. I was going to the get something to wipe the table but then I saw a small bucket of water and a rag. I thought to myself, what on heavens name?
So, I decided to go to the counter while my husband was waiting for our food and ask.
"Are you under staff that the lobby can't be clean? Then I walked away. Well, as I turned away, a couple of girls said, "if she wants, she can cleaned it herself." Oh, when my husband came to the table and told what he heard and what was said. I was heated but, I chose not to retaliated. I suppose, the manager of that Arby's doesn't care for their customers. I'll never go there again.
Normally I would give this location a 4-5. Not today. Went in with my husband for lunch. He ordered 2 of the cheeseburgers plain. "Meat, cheese and bun" is how he orders his burgers everywhere. He goes to open the first one and it has sauce on it. I took it to the counter and stood for at least 5 minutes before a female said"yeah" I said the burgers were ordered plain could a new one be brought out when it's ready
She (without making eye contact) said rudely "I'll have to re-enter it before they can fix it". I walked away and we never did get a new burger. It will be quite a while before we go back there. Extremely unprofessional behavior.
I used to love coming here but it’s gone downhill…a slightly older lady, I think she’s the GM? She was very unpleasant. Made me feel bad for even going there & ordering food. It’s a shame because the place used to be good…
I have been to Arby's many times, and it never fails to disappoint. They are very consistent, offer good deals such as the 2 for $7 or the 2-5 PM Happy Hour, and have really good food. Even when they are not consistent, they tend to make up for it. One time the drive through line was slow, and when I got my food, there was an extra cookie, which was very delicious. Arby's seems to get a lot of hate online, but personally, I've never understood it. There are so many excellent options to pick from, they have fair prices (especially if you look for deals), and is generally a very pleasurable experience.
The food here is really good compared to some Arby's. I ordered a double beef and cheddar and it came out with a ton of meat but was delicious! The fries were nice and warm too and tasted as good as they normally do. I hadn't been to an Arby's in a while but I plan on going back to this location often!
Always out of stuff . Menu changes week to week. Tea never the same , just not the greatest place
