Went to get some roast beef sandwiches. Was asked kindly which sauce I wanted, of course I said Horsey and Arby's as you can't eat the sandwiches without them. Got home and not a single sauce was in the bag. My fault for not looking... but come on. A little annoying after having driven out of the way to get there and not living anywhere close to be able to go back to correct the mistake.
went here last night with my mom, friend & her boys. firstly upon walking in (the dining room was completely empty) we wanted to go ahead & find a booth but ALL of the booths & tables were dirty, every single one except maybe two tables with chairs in the far back by the windows. i ended up just grabbing some napkins & swiping off all the crumbs from the booth & table we wanted to sit at. then the bathroom was a disaster, there was poop smeared on the floor in the stall & on the front of the toilet & the whole bathroom *smells* like mildew, like there’s been a leak somewhere & now it’s moldy. the food was okay, it came out pretty quick but neither me or my moms fries or sandwiches were hot they were just warm, i don’t know about my friends sandwich but her & the boys fries were just lukewarm, i think the only food that came out fresh were the kids chicken nuggets. overall would not recommend dine in, i feel like ive had better experience with going through their drive thru honestly

Obviously, customer service is not a concern for this location.
Maybe you could relay it to your team, or should I have to do your job for you also?

One day they will allow you to order things a certain way, and the next day they say they aren't able to do it, even when I offered to pay extra. I have received bad attitudes from numerous employees on multiple occasions, and they mess up my order pretty consistently. Its close to work and convenient, but neither myself, or my coworkers will be returning to this location.
I tried the Classic Chicken Sandwich today with medium drink and fries. And this is what I got!!! I thought for sure they put a small piece from the strips by mistake. I went to the front and asked if that was really the Clasdic Chicken Sandwich and they said yes. I sat down then decided that it was ridiculous to accept that for a $9 meal so I got a refund and the manager said they do not control the size of the chicken.. very sad that Arby's accept this product for their customers. I will not go back
Stopped in for a bite. Place was clean and service was good. Food came out fast. Roast beef was tasty and curly fries were good. In and out in short time.
I ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich , I had before from different branch I liked it , I got it today from Norman branch main st , was cold ( bread- meat ) , nd they forgot my fries , I return to the drive thru wasn’t even busy and they’re acting they’re in a hurry , I complain to the guy on the window about the food, the only thing he said (I will let them know ) ???? and the receipt you can barely see the information on it for the feedback .
Two weeks in a row they AC is not working. Those of us that work outside want a nice place to cool off at lunch. Also, the employees working the kitchen have to be hot.
Food was dried out and bland, not so much a meat taste as a pack of processed bologna that passed its expiration date some time ago.
