Very good service and Great tasting roast beef sandwiches & crinkle fries. fast service.
Went to arbys on Montana and was told to pull my truck up and they would bring my food out to me. My order was wrong so I went in to order more food because there was a miscommunication on what my total order was. As soon as I approached the counter the guy told me I needed to move my truck up(it was as far up as the curb would allow) so I went outside to move it and the vehicle behind me had plenty of space to get around so there wasnt a reason to even ask me to move it. I went back inside and the guy was taking someone elses order after he had wasted my time twice once when I had to pull up and again when he thought I was blocking the tiny car behind me. So I left without my correct order and as I was leaving the same car he had me go out to move mine for was still waiting for their food at the drive thru window. One my husband deployed this week and I had to make an extra stop to feed my daughter because her order was wrong and two this was the last thing I needed after working all day and just not wanting to cook for two people. You would figure they would do better considering their distance to the military base.
Every time I go to Arby's, I get the same Buffalo chicken sandwich because I've yet to find another restaurant that can make Buffalo chicken sandwiches as good as Arby's! Also, they have sliders that are made fresh!
Seems to me like they put less roast beef
On their sandwiches food was warm but not hot.
Today is Oct 4 and last weekend my family I got Arby's and this is what I received... Extremely disappointed and horrified to find that I had to go buy bread in order to eat my sandwich. Hope the service and food get better otherwise will not be returning.
Service is 4 stars. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 FOR $9.95! The picture shows a seasame seed bun, nope. Would they have shown a semi accurate pic I would have rather just bought five number 10s. Five stars for false advertisement. Staff is awesome. Restaurant clean. Nice and festive decorations.
I was there Sunday June 2nd and as soon as I walked in right away I seen a lady at the counter that was very impatient the customer... When we pulled up I noticed that there was a line in the Drive-Thru. We all know how that goes. Just have patience that's all... All I wanted was a few of those new sliders for a dollar through the app and I ordered about seven or eight of them for me and my friend as I ordered. I told them. Take your time. Don't worry about us. Handle your drive-thru and then you can make our food. I can wait. No worries it was about 7:00 8:00 around there that whole crew was professional. They handled their business like professionals you guys were awesome! The food was great and I enjoyed the peace and quiet there. Thank you guys!????????????????????????????????oh just so you guys know I'm the one that got locked out ???????????????????? I stepped outside to talk to my daughter. She was coming to pick me up because my roommate kept talking to another guy there about military in their old days and I just had to get out of there. I wanted to get home and eat my sliders ????????????????????
It was a great dinner. Love the giant hat marquee.
Food was so delicious. Never really had Arby's before but i was surprised at how good their food is. I will most definitely visit more often. I only gave 4 stars because the lady messed up my order at the drive thru. Ordered 9 piece chicken nugget and got 5 piece chicken tenders. Didn't find out until i got home ugh
