Super clean restaurant, nice location and only one car leaving the drive-thru when I arrived to pick up my order that I placed on the mobile app.
Had an order for a Half Pound sized Beef n Cheddar sandwich with no modifications and a large curly fries. The fries were hot and fresh.
The sandwich was completely wrong. The meat was sliced thicker than any meat I'd get from any deli counter at a grocery store, only a small amount of cheese on the top bun when there is supposed to be another layer halfway through all of the meat, and also missing the red ranch sauce that normally comes on the bottom bun.
Definitely not my usual experience from Arby's, and definitely a surprise considering how slow the restaurant was. I likely won't stop at this location again.
New review: We decided to give this location another shot and honestly while we were sitting in the Drive-Thru, wondering if they were all high for a second time!!! The fries were half full. My husband felt like his sandwich was smaller than it should have been. We both left unsatisfied. I got the chicken bacon swiss and it was a dang mess. We got the chicken nugget kids meal for my toddler and that was probably the best thing. The chicken was actual chunks and he really liked it. But I don't think we'll come back to this location.
Old review: My husband wanted to try the wagyu burger! The food was good and my fresh strawberry lemonade was good! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the staff. They weren’t busy at the time but they were so slow. And they seemed sketchy like they were up to something. They almost seemed stoned. They weren’t very friendly. Didn’t even say anything when they gave us the food. It was just so weird. Maybe we should have went next door to Chi-Fil-A cuz they have good service over there ????
I simply called to ask about the seasonal pecan chicken salad sandwich and the one that answered the phone was exceptionally rude. We all have bad days, I get it, but I was polite. Give what you get, or so I thought.
The food was fresh and the wait staff was friendly, however the inside of the store was filthy. We had to wait ten minutes for fresh chicken tenders, and they made sure to make sure the potato cakes and fries were fresh as well. A lot of the tables had trash at them from the previous customers and the few empty tables weren’t clean. They needed to be wiped down and sprayed. It’s conveniently located in the Tulsa Hills shopping center.
Potato cakes are still here yay yay and yay. The girl thought that they might be keeping them on the menu they're just trying them out. But they were a big seller of course we all know that because we all love them.
Had a coupon for a family deal and then $10 for four regular roast beef loving it loving it.
Real friendly and knowledgeable girl at the window of the drive-thru. It is always nice to have a pleasant person at the drive-thru instead of one that just grunts at you. We were at the one at 71st and Mingo by Sam's club.
I like their fish when they have them two for $6 or probably $7 now everything is so much more expensive they used to be two for $5 but I love their fish sandwich.
It's 7 pm, Saturday and the young man at the drive thru windows, Colton, I believe because that's the name on the receipt was so amazing and friendly. Love the food and love the service!!!
This Arbys is a treat in every way during the pandemic! While most every other fast food option is battling staffing issues and limited menu.....this location still has the same management team and always seems to have plenty of employees. They must take good care of their people because all the workers seem friendly and happy too! Food quality is a cut above other fast food as well!!! A solid 5 stars in every way!
