Went to the restaurant paid $30.03 for cold food. The fries were literally cold, stale and so greasy. The roast beef and cheddar did not have the bacon that I ordered and paid extra for. The roast beef was cold in the middle. The mozzarella sticks were apparently cooked about 9 am and sit out all day. I have never had a worse Arby’s experience. 10/10 don’t recommend.
We ordered food from this Arby's, the food was cold. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold (not sure how that happens). Now on to the 2 burgers we got....they were raw, undercooked and cold?!?! Really how does that happen? If you want food poisoning, go to this restaurant.
The mens restroom was dirty and the cashier had NO personality. But she took the order correctly and the food came out quick and was fresh, but seriously, the bathroom was rough. Stall, urinal, and the floor. Not sure which had more pee on them
Want to know how to mess up a classic like Arby's?
Hire the rude and ignorant employees that work here.
Apparently they skipped the common courtesy section of their training.
Food was great, however it's difficult to order when both employees are glued to their cell phones. Apparently texting was more important than actually speaking to a customer and saying " youre welcome".
I'll skip arbys from now on, just because of the two "ladies" at the front counter.
Sad times....
I ordered online about an hour before closing. Through a mistake of mine I placed my order for the next day!! The crew got right on it anyway. Stephanie, the manager rocks! Love you lady! I really appreciate the can do attitude from the crew.
We ordered the Fish Sandwich and they cooked it fresh for us. The customer service was okay but they aren't naturally friendly. The fries were not fresh and they had a ton of oil in them like they were refried.
Cold fries and burger was not tasty. Meat felt like a rubber pattie.
It was by far the worst Arby's beef and cheddar sandwich that I have ever had in my 53 years on this Earth Not only was the sandwich ground up roast beef like corned beef hash the guy waiting on me was racist towards white people and very moody angry at something very unfriendly and lucky as hell to even have a job and if I were his boss he wouldn't have one he needed to be in the jail house right behind the restaurant that's what kind of attitude he had never again will I eat at that Arby's nor probably any Arby's in Newnan here's a picture of my sandwich however I've already put horsey and Arby's sauce on it..
