Best WLM Reviews
Slow service... The place was not that busy, but everyone there was waiting on food.
Dirty. Every table and seat has been used and was dirty/sticky.
Small portions. I ordered my usual French dip, and it was really short on meat compared my Arby's north of Houston. See Pic. Looks like a "skinny" version.
The manager at the store on Broadway in Tyler, Texas is the best manager i have ever encountered. He was so courteous and helpful, had the best attitude and they were so fast with my order that i had to compliment him. i don't usually do surveys or reviews but he went overboard to make sure my order was correct and helped me with my order for my dog. He deserves a raise and promotion. I'd hang onto him because he is awesome. Thank you
Placed an order in the app to be picked up. They only offered to be received in the lobby. Drive thru only if lobby was closed. It was during the lunch run. There was only one register open. The monitor didn't work, so the cook was not receiving the orders. Line backed up. No pick up orders were ready. The place could use a bit of cleaning. Food was cold.
So the outside sign says 4 regular RB sandwiches for $10... cool, it gets you in the door, or in line at the drive thru if that's your way. When we pulled up to order the drive thru method, we're greeted by a friendly guy "Welcome to Arby's we'll be right with you!"...a couple of minutes later, not long, a girl comes on. She is having a very different day than the guy who greets us. She's one, two words tops, at a time telling you to order. Not professional and unfriendly. Now for the food.... the sandwiches came, order correct, but not at all what you expect from Arby's...the meats were cut waaay too thick...it was like 3 thick pieces thrown on the buns...totally ruined that "Arby's experience" you're used to. On a positive note, I tried the fried mac and cheese, and it was delish! Looking forward to getting that again! Just definitely not at this Arby's.
Just got a roast beef and cheddar from here. It was disgusting. It was so oily. You couldn’t even taste the cheddar at all combined together and the girl working the window was extremely rude.
Can't beat the beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries. The employees at this particular Arby's are some of the most pleasant fast food service professionals I've met. Anytime I go into this Arby's I leave smiling just from the interaction with the staff. That's not common with a lot of fast food chains around the area. And of course, the curly fries are unbeatable.
Food was very good, but I had to wait to eat, not there fault it was cold, but they had one grumpy employee, but that experience was offset by a fun manager, did not dine in so atmosphere is a not graded.
I waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru before I could place my order. The place was not busy either. Service was rude as well. And the food was trash it was stale and had an off taste and was cold not even the drinks tasted right. It's too bad because I remember Arby's being good at one time but this location is definitely not good.
