This Arby's location is always fast,friendly and efficient. I was happy when potato cakes came back on the menu but corporate took them off again. The roast beef is hot and delicious and the curly fries are awesome. Shakes fantastic!
I walked inside at 8:45pm on a Friday and was told the lobby was closed while an employee was eating in the dining area. Another employee was sitting in a car outside. I just know the food being served was cold as the curly fries sat in a large silver mixing bowl. No thanks!
The staff is nice and welcoming and the place is pretty clean. Their drive throu service is quick. Once they missed to add one sandwich but after calling they addressed the issue and made me a fresh one next day when I came to pick it up. I am happy with their service.
I order and pick up using the drive thru service almost every week. I often find one item missing after returning home. It happened again today. The owner should remind the employees to double check before delivering.
a very clean, quiet and pleasant place to spend some time eating some sandwiches with attentive staff, we ordered the steakhouse garlic ribeye which was very good and a promotion that they have beff cheddar bacon and they are really tasty so if you don't want to cook or just eat something different come on in my case it was at the collierville branch
Came at dinnertime 545 and they were mopping the whole lobby , floor was so wet you could walk on it , slippery chairs, even to get refill . Accident waiting to happen. Walked out and Arby's can keep their Un customer service and and
safety or care. Accident waiting to happen . Won't be back since they have no concern for customers .
Can they not tell time.
The staff sold me an order of the chicken bacon ranch fries that were so old, that some of the fries were dehydrated. I attempted to call but no one would answer the phone.
I tried to call 8 times before posting this. I ordered a number 4 the brisket meal and the barbecue sauce was so
rancid I threw up the second I took my first bite. It's definitely expired and was calling to warn them not to use it. I couldn't go back by there because I was on break but I'd have been better off flushing 14 dollars down the toilet. This has gone from my favorite fast food chain to somewhere I'll never go again. I can't get that taste out of my mouth.
Ordered the French Dip and after waiting 5 min in the drive through they gave me my order. I checked it before driving away and noticed it didn’t have the Au Jus dipping sauce (they have done this before at this ARBYS so I always check now). I told the young lady at the drive through and she said “we dont have any today”. It would have been nice to have been told that when I ordered. She was going to let me drive off knowing my order was incomplete. What makes it even worse and what drove me to take the time to do this review was the attitude I received from the time I pulled up to place my order. It was almost as if my presence was an inconvenience. Customer service is nonexistent…
Note to the Franchise owner…play closer attention to your business. Your employees are taking $$$ out of your pocket. There are other choices out there for me to choose from. I enjoy Arbys, unfortunately this location is now at the bottom of my list.
