Today our food hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Tried the BBQ sliders and they were yummy. Curly fries are always good. Definitely ringing the bell for this visit! ????
Normally I give 5 stars but got to say the drive thru was not good. I get to menu and was told to wait. There is literally only me and someone else at drive thru. I don’t think there was anybody inside dining. It around 2pm..after the pause asked for my order. Get to the door for the food. Again a pause. Girl comes to door she walking and talking. I have no idea what she even said. She says the amount of food. Give her payment. She walk and talk..I’m thinking she talking to someone else ordering food. She asked if I wanted sauce I said yes. Told to drive up front for food. Again another wait. I counted 5 minutes from time I got in drive thru to now. Wishing I went else where. Finally a man come out with my food. Taste of food is okay not worth a long wait. Not sure if short handed or not. Next time I want arbys I’ll go to another location. FYI never got the sauce with food. Why even ask?
I literally just pulled away from their establishment. I ordered a large fry with cheese. The cheese taste burnt as heck and the fries were old and must have been dipped in the grease to get hot again. They taste like salt and grease.
Ordered a fish deluxe the sandwich was old the cheese was hard the curly fries were cold and soggy. My drink was filled to the top with ice I couldn’t get the straw in the lid due to so much ice. The customer service was mediocre.
Curly fries were cold before leaving the parking lot. Super fast delivery service. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 people with upset stomach's a bit later.
Arby's had a great deal, download the app and get five classic for $5. I hopped on board. They were friendly and kind. I took my food home and it may as well just been buns. There was hardly any meat in the sandwiches. Very disappointed.
Ordered three sandwiches and three orders of curly fries and waited twenty minutes. The guy at the deep fryer was either high AF or just not cut out to make fries for a living. At one point he attempted to sweep. The food is mediocre at best and overpriced. Arby's was thoughtful enough to send a link that does not work. That food was for my wife, daughter and grand kids. I do not eat that stuff and I will also not buy it for others anymore. It was over fifty bucks.
I ordered the new bacon cheese burgers made fresh. I get home theres no sauce but all the fixens. It was dry. I tried to call the store. No one answered
