Went at 9pm to grab a number 7 they had it ready as soon as I pulled up fries cold and stale chicken sandwich old w fresh tomatoes due to me asking for extra. The ONLY car there . They could have taken their time and made the food I ordered fresh but couldn't be bothered.
Ordered the new gobbler meal and received a turkey sandwich reminiscent of an elementary school lunch. Everything was ice cold and didn’t match the description. Definitely not worth the $12 meal. Straight into the garbage bin.
Don't go to this restaurant if you hope to actually get the correct food as ordered. We were not rung up correctly, so I was able to correct the first mistake at the window. Then after a 10 minute wait at the window, we were given the wrong food. Doors are locked so you can't go inside, so we went back to the drive thru to hand back the incorrect food and inform them of what we actually ordered - which was a club wrap with NO SAUCE - this was repeated 3 times at the window. We are handed another bag which did contain a wrap, so we left this time. All to open that bag and find a completely different wrap drenched in honey mustard! We didn't have time to turn around and go back again, so this was a total waste of money + nearly 25 minutes. Incredibly disappointed in our experience and will definitely not give our business to this restaurant in the future.
Very disgusting restrooms. A zero is recommended not even a 1 star. I wouldn't even eat here, which i did NOT!!! A restaurant is based on the cleanliness of its bathrooms. Clearly their staff didn't want to clean them. The guy at the register even stated he wasn't going to clean them because he's a man. Really!!! NC Dept of Health needs to be notified of a complaint quickly.
VERY UNCLEAN, NOT SAFE TO EAT HERE!!!!
Update: Unfortunately, the floors have not been put in and are getting dirty and it's been understaffed for while, even shutting down the counter mid day. I wish they could get back some of our favorite staff they've had in the past. It used to be a bustling friendly location.

I like the remodel. All the seats are cushioned now (I hate the trend towards hard uncomfortable seating of late) and it's more open. Most importantly..the drink machine is still here. Our favorite McDonald's took the fountain drink machine out. Grr. Looks like a few more things like the floor will be done but they're open
The food was good, the dining room and tables were filthy.
Went there second time, still filthy, poorly staffed.
A family of 4 came in, was so disappointed with staff, and left, walked across street to Jack in the Box.
I won't go back there again.
Although it is fast food, I do not mind waiting as I do typically customize my sandwiches. Waited for what seemed like forever to take a bite into my sandwich, meat was Luke warm and cheese was cold and unrelated. Looking down, I see a huge piece of lint that immediately made me sick. My husband wanted to go back and get another sandwich. Absolutely not! We pulled off and realized they didn't even give me my drink! Ridiculous waste of money. I will never be back. How do you transfer lint to food? Yuck!
Employees were nice and we appreciate that. We asked for our condiments on the side and definitely appreciate that. Food was hot and made correctly. Love the score. We will be back
