Sandwich was fine. Love the sauces. The curly fries are why I go to Arby's, they hit the spot. The other options at the same location looked better. Especially the pizza. However, my mind was set on a beef sandwich so I went with that. My Arby's craving has been satisfied for the year.
We stopped in on a Wednesday about 11:30. There was a short line that moved fast. The woman at the register was in training but was getting great support, which was good to see. Our order was ready in about 10 minutes. Our order of mozzarella sticks was missing but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty. My son had the premium nuggets for the first time and really liked them (and I enjoyed what I tried, too). My husband had a roast beef sandwich with curly fries, always reliable. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which I haven’t had at an Arby’s in ages. In all, a good road trip stop.
As per requested from my mother. ROB WAS AWESOME!! GREATEST MANAGER IN THE WORLD!!! His customer service was fantastic. My mom went in right before a large group came in asking about 17 burgers. Then one of the other customers, while waiting for their order, started to get rowdy. Rob politely replied that they were short staffed and his food would be out shortly. He handled the situation perfectly. Service with a smile they always say!!!
Wow they only had two guys working and traffic was crazy. The poor guy running the register and window was actually running food out to people if they couldn't be served at the window. If there was a manager there helping then kudos to them, but if there wasn't then that is just poor managerial skills and those workers deserve better management. If I was the owner I'd make sure they get at least 3 days of paid vacation just to sleep off what they had to do tonight. Jun 23, 2024
The night crew is always the best! No slackers here. Smiles and wonderful sandwich. Really great experience and pleasantly surprised since it was 11pm
Wagyu burger wasn't all that. Service was excellent. Great fries .I just didn't care for the burger.
You have a lady named Allison who was working the morning shift, and I gave her 5 stars. She was so pleasant, greeted everyone, and told them to have a nice day. She was great in every aspect. You don't get that in Dallas, TX, anywhere. She deserves a huge promotion if you ask me. Made the dining experience wonderful !
Chicken buffalo wrap was pretty good. Fries were fried in old oil so meh. Usually a great staple of Arby’s. Employees were super nice besides the manager.
He scolded an employee for giving me a free lemon aid refill. Whether she was suppose to do it or not is irrelevant. Coming from the service industry myself as an employee and supervisor. There is a better way to handle it and not in from of customers. Retrain management or give them a reminder it’s important how they talk to their workers.
