Ordered Arby’s online for me & my sister . Went to eat my sandwich didn’t kno Arby’s sauce was supposed to be on top of the bun . Then called , & all the manger had to say was my gm will give you a call back . NEVER will I ever order from this Arby’s again ! $35 for nothing
Everytime I go into this establishment with a coupon I am told I cannot use it. We go to Arby’s about once or twice a week for lunch while at work. The coupons that come in the mail, why would you say we can’t use them. It doesn’t say anything on the coupon about only being allowed at a corporate store.
Ordered through Doordash. Delivery was quick and good was hot. However, quality of food was not great. I ordered a wrap because I wanted something lighter. Was supposed to have Lettuce Tomatoes and red onion with chicken, cheese, bacon, and honey mustard. Was really just chicken ith a xouple tomato slices rolled in a tortilla. So disappointed. And no au jus for my son's French dip.
I did my first online order and pick up at Arby’s at this location. Staff very nice and polite. They had my order ready and ready to hand to me right when I walked in the door. My order was correct and it was hot ready to enjoy. Restaurant was clean and organized. Staff was on point.
Had a great deal last month with a FREE , your choice, sandwich with purchase! You could get 1 a week. Their food is always so good. Employees are extremely helpful if I have trouble with the app.
We had canceled our order in the drive through and they opened their window while we left and called us a pussy.
Drive thru wasn't friendly. Food was okay, messy, but okay..
