Best WLM Reviews
I managed Arby's for 4 yrs and so my expectations are pretty high when I visit one ... This location definitely met my expectations... The food was fresh and hot, proportions were accurate, and tasted very fresh... The staff was very friendly and a big shout out to Richard... Very nice, friendly guy, made sure my visit was enjoyable! Thank you
Our food was good. I felt sorry for the employees that have been working this location. My family and I went to dine in about a week ago and the air conditioners were out of service. We left. Fast forward to today, the same situation. Employees looked miserable. But this time we ordered our food to go. Shame on the locations management for not taking care of their employees and customers who wish to dine in.
The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal thank you Tony for your kindness and going above and beyond I wish I knew the other young ladies name that showed kindness last Saturday and gave my dogs a pup cup before my baby died that evening I will be back to show my gratitude.
We just were here Saturday Aug 3rd around 10 pm the gentleman working the drive thru was absolutely amazing definitely will be back he was so kind and respectful was definitely a great employee and should get a raise ☺️
Stopped by last night to get me a cheddar and beef sandwich ???? with my favorite crinkled fries ???? my wife had the roast beef no cheddar a season fries and the white cheddar cheese
Food was good, the people working there on Saturday afternoon were among the most friendly I have ever seen from any fast food place
The hours on here and on the door are wrong. As you can see the lobby should be open. Unfortunately for my experience the work truck I drive is to big for the drive thru making my only option the lobby. There is no sign at any door saying closed just a locked door when clearly the store hours say they are open. I understand the understaffed issue just put up a note, change your lobby hours do something!
Since it will not allow me to reply I have to edit my review. The web site you shared is also no help.
20 minutes for 2 honey mustard wraps . Only to get ranch ????????
