Beware what you pay for. The first time I ordered from here, I got a double beef and cheddar, and it was on the small size. So today, i ordered a half pound... and this looks like a double. I'd like to receive what I pay for, but I guess they're doing the same thing Chipotle is doing with their portions. All in all, just be weary about this particular Arby's.
My friend and I went for lunch. She treat me to a chicken club wrap combo no dressing and curly fries!! Outstanding!! The tomatoes, red onions and other veggies were so fresh. Chicken was made fresh. Wrap was soft and chewy!! I loved it!!
As always, this Arby's location satisfies.
Management is good, food is always fresh and hot, prices are reasonable with Bidenflation and my most of all, portions are correct. Management should be proud of what the put out.
Ordered 4 Beef & Cheddars, 2 small curly fries and an order of the MacNCheese bites which are actually pretty awesome. I ordered by coming in because I hate drive thru's. Everything was perfect.
While the interior of the restaurant is somewhat dated, I really don't give a rip because I went there for the fried turkey sandwich. I had two of them and if I had more cash in my wallet I would have got a third and possibly a fourth one. They were that good!
Me and my husband came here to visit while we were on the road, and I must say I expected better from Arbys. Being a former GM for an Arbys, I couldn't be more disappointed than I am now. Coming in and seeing the nostalgic feeling of what Arbys once was, was quite warming but dealing with the little to no staff is what brought this whole what should of been a great experience into a terrible one. The lady at front cash seemed to be poorly trained and didn't complete guest deserves our best section in the training hub was not attentive to us as a customer. I was sitting down and observing while my husband gave her our order. She then took the order with a very bland attitude and did not even suggest anything to us. Nor did she greet us coming in or even acknowledge him or me while waiting for the order. Did not hand my husband our drinks, instead just keeps taking orders and ignoring him altogether. It took my husband to repeatedly ask for our drinks for her to finally acknowledge him then lied telling him that the 3 customers she took care of after him that they came before him when simply that was not true. Since he had already paid for our order. Then we had to wait a decently long time for our order on top of that. I expected better from Arbys. This was around 3:26pm.
Just save your money. The place is old and run down. No restroom inside or somewhere to wash my hand. The cashier was rude when I asked for a bathroom and never came back to take my order. I would never suggest McDonald’s but this time I am.
The restroom needs cleaning. I wanted to dine in, but couldn't because the tables weren't clean. One of the dining tables were broken. Below the drive-thru window needs painting. The food and service was better than some Arby's I've eaten at.
Serious cosmetic issues are easily noticed
Customer service was very good the food was cooked okay but the atmosphere was a little depressing not many people there
