Best WLM Reviews
Went through the drive thru 2 days in a row and these folks don’t skip a beat! Absolutely amazing customer service. From ordering to leaving with my food- very pleasant experience. Thank you for the smiles.
You got a returning customer!!
The server Devin was swift and courteous with everyone that walked in no matter what he was doing already. Took my order accurately and had the food out in no time. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Even when Devin was busy helping another customer he made sure to take care of the other customers drinks when needing a refill. By far the best experience I've EVER had at a fast food restaurant and because of Devin's amazing service I will certainly be back. Someone should promote Mr. Devin.
I stopped by this location for a very late dinner, right before closing. I apologized and the wonderful people inside greeted me with a huge smile and big welcome. The ownership of this location should give a huge raise to Victoria and Elizabeth. They were the sweetest people ever and went above and beyond their responsibilities. They made sure my food was fresh even though it was late. I highly recommend this location over other locations in the north Fort Worth area. Thank you again, Victoria & Elizabeth!!!
I am kinda disgusted. There was bugs in my drink. The food was okay but the bugs in my drink is not okay.
Had to go to three Arby's before I found where you could eat inside. Found one in Saginaw. I waited 10 minutes before they took my order. I had beef n cheddar with crinkle fries. They did bring my meal to my table.
I can deal with the employees that clearly don't want to be there working, I get it, I wouldn't want to work fast food either, and my order has always been fine, but it's the loud numetal music blaring throughout the restaurant I can't handle. Not family friendly at not appropriate for a meal.
Pretty surprising this cheesesteak was good. Dont remember if I've ever had one but here we iz. I liked it and I hear the other one, the garlic one is a bit overpowering! The service was ok too. Now the soda fountain is another story...I guess they forgot to hook up the carbonated water. It sucked...
First time being at Arby’s and it didn’t disappoint, good service, delicious food and clean spot
