Love the food normally but this particular visit the meat was cut exceptionally thick. I feel as though it should always be shaved. Not worth the $11 for a classic roast beef meal, but everyone over charges so...
French fries tasted like fish I believe they need to change the oil every once in a while. Roast beef sandwich was cold and was very salty
Wow! 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10!! We added lettuce and mayo... tasty!!! Great value for sure
And the 2 for $6 chicken give Chic Filet a run for their money

I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich through drive-thru and when I got home I'd found the meat and/or cheese had never been heated. It was cold to the touch. Naturally I was not given my receipt either. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years and it's really gone downhill. I'll probably just go out of my way to the one in Shillington because at least they have their stuff together. I overhear some of the employees here sometimes talk about sexual misconduct between themselves and management. Ridiculously unprofessional. Brittany Herzog was the manager that took care of me at the window, if you want to call it that. She only bothered to look at me long enough to take my credit card and hand it back with the food. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauces. She looked like she was in complete and utter misery.
Night shift sucks doesn't know what they are doing no straws or sauce we asked for and didn't even give us the total after ordering and didn't even get the drinks right that crew should be left go
This is the second time I have been to the Arby’s at Broadcasting Square and both times I purchased the beef n’ cheddar sandwich. Both times there was hardly any beef in the sandwich. Their commercials should say “Where is the meats” not “We have the meats”. Will not return.
This location is great. Darnashia and Janely are super friendly.
