It’s an Arby’s. Nothing fancy. Arby’s has never been my “jam” - but I do enjoy the Jamocha shakes! HUGE bummer that they no longer put whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top - different cups & no dome lids ????. This Arby’s is clean & has friendly staff.
Hubby pointed out that everyone he knows from town who works in retail, convenience, or fast food seem to leave their jobs and end up working here, lol. I’m curious as to whether or not they are good to their employees, making the service and atmosphere splendid… ?????
Anyways.. BRING BACK THE OG OG OG Jamocha!!
The staff can be great however some of the management should take some more classes on customer service and management skills
Nice, clean location. Food was great. Not much of a wait for lunch time. Staff was friendly. I decided to try one of three limited time meals, was quite good. Beef dip had a great flavor to it, heads up it is more like a broth than a dip. But was delicious still the same.
Management has always been horrendous at Norwich Arby's and they truly don't care. Employees are half alive. Nobody even smiles. Needs a huge change from managers to behind the counter. Sorry it's the truth ????.
This has to be one of the slowest driveups I've ever used! I had to wait for the person in front of me to get their order, about 5 min then it was at least 10 min before my order came out. During that time at least one of the 5+ vehicles behind me, pulled out of line & left.
This was at 1:30 PM, not a usual lunch rush time. I wanted something light so I ordered the 2 for $5 wrap special, big mistake. The meat was cold, the cheese appeared dried out & the wrap itself was allowing the contents to fall out.
I don't usually give facilities a low rating but the staff didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the protracted delay.
Great service food always hot and tasty my order never been mess up unlike McDonald's and burger King
Service is normally good, food is hit and miss, overall clean place.
Very very very slow for fast food, employees behind the counter acted like it was their first day on the job, waited 20 minutes to get my order, drive thru was all around the building!
