They have gone down hill fast!
The large size drink is the size of kids sippy cup the other time i came here.
Now, I came here tonight on 9/14/24, and they did not make my order correct. Their food is shrinking aloot and the chick club wrap is $8! Picture shows the much smaller size of the chicken wrap and the tomato I told them not to add and receipt shows with 'no tomatoes', but yet they still put timatoes on there (simple request). This is why they are ????????????????.
I won't be back for a very very very very very very very very long time since they are screwing customers over pretty much now. Do better Arby's- you already charge waaaay to much, but now you want to screw people over with shrink-flation??
I came here around 3:25 PM on a Monday afternoon to grab some lunch with a friend. We went inside, of course. We ordered at 3:30pm. My friend had some coupons but we didn’t use them because they have happy hour is from 2-5pm. They have items that are cheaper prices. I got two chicken sliders, small curly fries, and a jamocha shake. My friend got the same thing, but with a orange-sicle shake. It was a little over $5 each, which want bad at all. Cay Smith, the Shift manager was the person who check us out. The food was ready fairly quickly. We sat inside and ate. The chicken on the sliders are very crispy, the fries were delicious, and I enjoyed the shake. No complaints really. I ended up getting full and ate one of my sliders later on that day for dinner. The restaurant was clean and it wasn’t that busy.
I think that Arby's is an above average chain of restaurants! As long as the employees there are well trained and motivated you will get delicious food at reasonable prices! Especially if you go through the online ordering in Arby's very slick new mobile application. There's a lot of great reward deals there and it makes it easy to customize ur order.
Arby's use to be amazing — the days of 5 for 5 deals. Then they tried to keep that price point going even when they couldn't make it make sense profit wise and the sandwiches suffered. There was an ~8 year period where even a double was an embarrassingly small engagement. In the roast beef community we refer to this as The Dark Years of Roast.
Well I'm happy to report that they are back. As long as you're willing to pay and always order a double, the Arby's sandwich is fantastic. Also, the turnovers are still good.
Score accounts for the fact that this is fastfood. This is a great Arby's location in terms of food quality and service. I normally choose other places when I am in the mood for fastfood, but this Arby's is better than other options in the area.
Excellent customer service and super friendly. Very clean location. The food tasted great and they gave you a much larger portion than the other locations.
Honestly Arby's is underrated
I got the chicken sandwich with jalapeño bites and it was so good. The cashier lady I had was super nice and since its so underrated there was basically no one inside for dine in. Unpopular opinion but I love Arby's their food is great and no one can prove me wrong. Oh and dont get me started on the curly fries and Arby's sauce. Its so good. People need to get Arby's more often cuz the food is great
Bought a French dip sandwich at drive through. Got home and after 2 bites roast beef tasted slimy. Opened it up and discolored in the middle. Threw $7.25 sandwich in the garbage. Called manager, she said bring it back. No way am I getting in Eastchester traffic at 2:30pm on Friday. Lesson learned. No more food from there.
