Good location. The staff are nice...but.. not all on track. 6 out 0f 8 times you will be missing between 2-4 items on mid to lager orders then you stuck backing up the line waiting for rest of order. But they usually apologize and do there best.
My husband and I came here for lunch for lunch, and the elderly lady was at the counter working. She is just so sweet and such a hard little worker. The manager in the back was very nice. I'm sorry I don't know the names but this Arby's is a very clean, friendly place to sit and have lunch.
I’ve eaten at a lot of different Arby’s and I’ve never had a sandwich look anything remotely like this. The roast beef chunks are as thick as a cheeseburger. Threw it directly in the trash without taking a bite ????
I usually love Arby’s but I was very taken back at how this Arby’s in Miami Oklahoma is run, I placed my order the person taking my order seemed off… their eyes were blood shoot and they didn’t even seem to be listening to me it’s like they were there but weren’t. The establishment itself wasn’t very clean and the place just had a dirty smell like maybe they don’t change their grease like they should. I got the classic Arby’s roast beef and cheddar but they didn’t out the cheddar on. They also forgot to give me my drinks and my milkshakes. When I asked for them they didn’t even answer. They just went and got them and when they brought them to me but they weren’t even what i ordered. They gave me a Sprite and a Coke lol that is not what I ordered. Very strange place. Almost seems like the employees are stoned out of their minds
First off I'll have to say I waited in line for 20 minutes while the manager was just standing there looking at the line, that's very bad business. 2Nd thing is I ordered the loaded Mac and cheese I finally gotten my order after waiting 10 minutes and my order was still frozen, it looked like something I would feed a pig because it was sloped. How can you serve something like this to people? This is very unprofessional. I took it back and told them.
Not sure about the food. I just had to run in and poop. Only have it a 4 star because the toilet paper was like sand paper
A 1 star for now. We were there 7-10 min at the cash register, and nothing was not eye contact, not a be a min, just nothing. So we left.
Ever since Manager B. Left, fries were cold and the wait took more than 10 minutes. The service was really stupid too
