Great food and great customer service! The guy at the front was friendly and made the experience a lot more enjoyable. We got the free sandwich with any purchase for April. Paid like $2.50 for fries and got the sandwich and water for free :)
We really like Arby’s. Great timely service. This restaurant is probably the most consistently clean dining room I have been in. So many other fast food places have done a poor job of keeping the dining room clean. I NEVER have this problem at this location. Kudos to employees and management for providing a good dining experience
Clean, upbeat atmosphere. Perfect for fun causal family dinning. Recently renovated for a modern sleek vibe. There is a 10 person table available for larger crowds. I always enjoy the #11 which is the Turkey & Swiss Market Fresh. Thick yet soft wheat type or grain type of bread with thinly sliced turkey and flavorful swiss cheese with crisp lettuce, tomato, mayo & spicy mustard. My Husband got the corn beef sandwich. You are now able to serve yourself at the fountain drink station, along with helping yourself to napkins, straws, and drink lids. Ketchup and Arby's signature sauces are available upon customer request. The Customer Satisfaction bell has also returned! Really missed that!
Grabbed lunch at this location on a Saturday. Service was quick through the drive through and order was correct. All of the food we had tasted great! We had the Beef and Cheddar sandwich with curly fries and a cheese cup and an orange creamsicle shake. We also had an apple and cherry turnover. Prices were fair.
Myself and my co workers come here a good bit. Service has always been pretty decent, food has been good. For some reason today the lady at the front named Sandy was just in an awful mood. I understand people have bad days, but when my coworker who is a senior asked for a senior drink she gave him a lot of attitude. Then when I ordered she was not friendly and was basically wanted me to stop ordering it felt like. I enjoy Arby's, and I understand people have bad days, but when the other employees are apologizing for her, it seems like this may be a trend for this lady.
The employees are fast working and positive. No complaints with staff.
Since when do you serve sloppy food and no napkins? This is a terrible idea. I get making it a request item. But, at least offer them.
I paid 10.57 for cold food that obviously was already made, and they just put it in the bag and handed it out the window. I work about a quarter of a mile from the store. By the time I arrived back at work, there was no reason for my food to be cold and hard. Neither my fries nor my sandwich was warm. They did not give me a receipt either. So it will be a while before I visit this store again.
The service is slow due to the 2 people working there have to do everything. Take orders dine in and drive-through make the food serve the food clean the dining room to much work for 2 people just my opinion.
