We arrived at 11:00 pm (closing time is 12:00 midnight). We just ask for a sandwish... Nothing fancy... The counter employee was sweeping and saw us several times ignoring us. Then the employee who serves the self-service came over, saw us, and was like, "There's no one waiting... The attitude of the employees is disgusting. One star because they don't allow giving zero... They should definitely give their employees better training or change the ones they have, because the ones they had in this store don't make good ones...
I wouldn't go back there. The chicken fingers have way too much breading and it's hard. Whenever I ordered my ribbon from there it was not cut in half completely nor was the meat so my first pull of my sandwich I got half my sandwich and all of my meat. The mozzarella sticks are garbage. We were staying literally 2 minutes from where Arby's is and by the time we got back to our room our food was already cold. The staff there is very slow. So no I will not be eating at this Arby's ever again. My first bite of the second Reuben that they made me after I went back and had a remade it. I instantly was just sad. I don't go very many places that whenever I buy into something it makes me sad.
My wife just picked me up a Greek Gyro from Arby's in Marianna, FL by I10 (exit 142) and the meat was so hard that I could possibly use it as a chisel. I call the store and the lady who answered tried to tell me that that was fresh. Even Stevie Wonder could see that wasn't fresh! TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I wanted to try a Arby's sandwich, doubt I'll be trying another. Not bad but not great either. Service was slow very slow.. my sandwich was very sad looking.
Arby's was an absolute delight! Not only did their roast beef sandwiches knock my socks off, but the people-watching was next-level entertainment. It's like dinner and a show! From the guy passionately debating curly fries vs. crinkle fries to the kid trying to sneak an extra Horsey Sauce packet, the cast of characters was pure gold. The staff was efficient and friendly, serving up smiles and sandwiches with equal flair. For a fun and tasty meal, Arby’s is the place to be. Five stars for the food and an extra star for the free live comedy!
2 times 2 times. I've been to this restaurant and ordered a plain bun because onions make me deathly ill. 1st time totally gave me an onion bun. Today the idiots preparing food sent out a sandwich with a regular bun on top AND AN ONION BUN ON THE BOTTOM. UNEDUCATED AND UNTRAINED WORKERS HAVE RUINED ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRIES. ARBYS has prices that are out of control. $28 for 3 sandwiches, a fry &1 drink. I can feed 5 at McD's for that. Never going back.
The food was really good. We got served right away. The food was hot and fresh.
Ordered a #5 smokehouse brisket and got the poor man's version of it. It had one pathetic piece of meat (really thin cut) and not much of anything else. I highly recommend you avoid this place
