Best WLM Reviews
I had a great experience here tonight. The food was great. The service was excellent. I love their Happy Hour specials. One small complaint, though. This location has horrible parking. But it wouldn't stop me from coming here again. Overall, this location is worth trying.
I tried to make a huge online order for a gathering we were having. I didn't have time to run in there and wait for them to get it done. It was way over $100 so the online portal said I had to call in my order. I called and a lady answered. I told her I had a huge order that the portal wouldn't take because it was so big. She got into a debate with me that it is not possible to take over the phone orders. I said "well your website says to call in if it's over $100" she said "oh no, that's not us, we would never do that" I asked her to maybe see if her manager knows anything about it. She said "I AM the manager" so after a even longer debate from her as to why they don't take orders over the phone, I just hung up. So long manager, you lost a huge sale today!
Spent like $45 just to get home and notice half of what I ordered wasn’t in the bag. Absolutely will never go back to this location, fast food is supposed to be convenient.
Still a great Arby's location IMO. Carnivore/seed oil reaction hack for anyone looking for one - get the Half Pound Roast Beef. Toss the bun.. This is one of the few items that isn't tainted by seed oil.
Twila is the best gm out there! Melina makes a mean gyro. I’d recommend you go here cause they treat you very kindly and have some good sandwiches
It's OK. Weird layout at this location. I had their rib sandwich, the one they were ribbing the McRib about. It was a solid five stars by itself. I still haven't forgiven them for discontinuing the potato cakes though.
They weren't busy at all, the lady taking my order sounded annoyed and then they got my order wrong and sadly I can't just go take it back because I left work to get lunch and by the time I got back to work is hen I realized they messed up.
Ordered the classic roast beef sandwich, ended up with beef and cheddar on an onion bun... I cant eat onion due to food allergy so it went in the trash.
The best Arby’s in the whole world. They are so kind. Treats for my dog and trays for my fry sauce mixing. You made my day!
