The food here is standard Arby's fare, it's good, but it's Arby's. I've never had an order be wrong so there's that to say about the place. But there is a second shift worker by the name of Tristan who has got to be the most surely and unhelpful fast food worker I've managed to come across, notably as a doordash driver. He will full on ignore your presence and your questions. He goes about getting your order in the absolute slowest manner possible, and it can be nothing but deliberate. I understand that we're all a little bit less than stellar at the end of our shifts but that's no excuse for blatant disrespect and borderline tangible hostility.
I brought my elderly friend in and Conner was working, and he went out of his way to make her feel welcome and like she was the most important customer! It meant a lot to her and to me. He is a kind young man and should be recognized for that! Thanks!
Fellas.. this one is for you.. when she says, "I'm not hungry." Or "I don't want anything." Maybe she doesn't eat much or just wants a bunch of different things.. Check out the snack menu. That's perfectly priced for all her little snack needs.. Received excellent customer service and delicious made to order food! This is a nice location near Ohio river and extremely close to the city! So, if you're in the area check them out!
They always seem to be very unhappy here. Maybe arbys is a difficult chain to work for. They close their location earlier than the site states and they have no response as to why other than they want to get a head start on cleaning the lobby to go home on time.
Terrible experience - went through the drive through with a coupon for a meal. Not only did they charge us full price, they forgot the curly fries for the meal. Don’t waste your money here
If I could I would give zero stars. The first night I had 2 orders which both got messed up. I ordered a total of 4 bacon beef n cheddars, none of which had bacon. Called and they didn’t answer. So called back the next day manager wouldn’t give me her name. Said I had to come that day to get my order replaced. So I go later on that day to get my order replaced and the person at the speaker asked me who I spoke to and couldn’t give a name. Then he asked me what color she had. How would I know what color hair she had when I spoke to her on the phone? So finally after it’s all said and done I get my sandwiches replaced. Get home sit down check the sandwiches and it’s literally bacon crumbles on all the sandwiches. Whatever at this point I’m over it and just say I won’t be back to this location again. Get to eating my sandwich take a bite and there is a hair that is wrapped in the middle of meat. Funny thing is my husband found a hair yesterday in his sandwich and we just assumed it was from me or one of my kids. But after tonight I think it’s from this store. It’s a grey hair which the manager that was there had grey hair. Dinner ruined.
Service is normally okay, but today it was just awful. I was at the drive thru window and they gave me my drink (with no straw) and asked me to pull forward and wait at the door. So I did. For 20 minutes while they served all six cars behind me before anyone came out to bring me my food. Still no straw for my drink either. They totally forgot about me!
I'm sick of being told to "pull forward" every time I order in the drive-thru. Must be a tactic to keep their numbers up. First come, first serve. I shouldn't have to pull up and wait 15 minutes so others behind me can get served first.
