This Arby's is located in a Love's truck stop. I usually get the Combo #1 Double. This is the roast beef N cheddar Arby's is known for. Absolutely delicious! You can go thru an opening to the truck stop where I grab a cup of fresh coffee. Never had a stale cup there. It is a pretty busy place. Parking can get tight sometimes. Clean restrooms. I like shopping there. Never had a bad meal or experience.
It's only sad how long it took "We have the meats" to get burgers. Other than that i go here regularly for some good food and the staff care about you and your food. They're more expensive at this location than other Arby's but so are all the other restaurants in that plaza.
Stopped at this truck stop specifically because it featured an Arby's. I happen to enjoy Arby's offerings. On this occasion I ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders. I often order this menu item in my travels throughout the 48 contiguous US states. My sandwiches have always been served with a generous piece of chicken with a generous coating of buffalo sauce but on this occasion the sandwiches were prepared with what appeared to be one chicken nugget per sandwich with a barely noticable coating of sauce. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The cashier seemed to be new & that was excusable. But the food prep. Was disappointing. Arby's is better than this location would depict.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! would give zero stars if this was an option. Walked in with a coupon. Was charged full price for items that were included in the coupon. Bag was overloaded, and after asking for an extra bag, and given an attitude, bag ripped before getting to the door. They then charged me for all of the food that fell because of the bag that they overfilled. I will never be visiting this location again. Do yourself a favor and choose ANYTHING else..
THIS Visit = 2 Stars. Basically, I typically stop by here when I'm traveling on I-95, and usually the service / food is pretty good. Tonight, I got served the WRONG sandwich and ended up going hungry because I don't like cheese and sauce on my sandwich. An employee mistake. Not happy. $8 down the drain. I want on the Arby's website, and nowhere did it ask me for any identifying info, so I guess I either put them on super-secret probation (don't visit for 6 months to see if things improve), or try to call the restaurant manager directly to complain. They were also out of receipt paper at the register. I know the complaint may seem petty, but there were only 2 customers at the time, and I only ordered 2 items, neither of which were unusual by any means. VERY disappointed this visit.
I eat here once a week and this place has come a long way! Love the new staff! The reason I love Arby’s is the traditional food and the new items that come out once a month so I get to try something new once I a while. I also like that they added the crinkle fries as they are my husbands favorite! ❤️
The staff was nice but after I placed my order and the order was ready they didn't know if I had ordered just the gyro or the whole meal. The fries were a mix of regular fries, curly fries and little burned pieces. The gyro was a little small and could have been better prepared. There is no apple/Android pay option. The gyro roast beef combo was $10.90. Overall I had an ok experience in this Arby's.

The employee at drive thru was amazing
She greeted, gather the full order, repeated and politely said goodbye.
She deserves employee of the month and many should get training from her.
