Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and to my surprise it had red sauce on it. Which is not done where I live about 45 mins north. Up here they just toss a glob of beef on a bun and throw a dab of cheddar on it. So I was pleasantly surprised to actually get a decent Beef and Cheddar sandwich.
Dang thing was good too.
I did rate the atmosphere of this place at a 4. And I did a 4star rating and not lower because I feel it's out of the stores hands, but some weird dude stared at me the whole time I wad sitting in my van stuffing this Beef and Cheddar down my face. I was getting busy too with this sandwich ????. So it was awkward.
At first I thought " oh great, a bum that wants to make eye contact with me so he can ask me for a dollar when I go to through my food bag away"......
But the more It went on .... I think maybe he just was staring at me because I was making live to this Beef and Cheddar sandwich man. At any rate.... it was good bro. Dude was weird.

The food was great! I’m always amazed at the size of the large roast beef sandwich. That thing is a commitment! Lol. My only complaint, is why did they get rid of the potato cakes? I loved those things. Luckily they still have the curly fries, which are great too. The service was fast and friendly. My food was served hot and fast. The price was reasonable for the amount of food that you get, and the restaurant was clean. They definitely checked off all of the boxes that I look for in a fast food restaurant. I will definitely be back again the next time that I get a craving for a good roast beef sandwich.
Its so close between a 4 and 5 star... Food normally great, priced a little high... The menu does change up quite a bit whichs sucks if you like one of the items they remove from the menu... Tried the gyro this trip for lunch and the traditional meat is something very very good coming from a fast food joint!! Loaded curly fries actually heavily loaded, worth a visit or 2 for lunch or dinner
I had a wonderful experience this evening at Arby's. I kept receiving an email from Arby's for 50% off your entire order and decided to take the offer for dinner tonight. After adding everything to my order and ready to checkout on the Arby's App, it was not honoring the 50% off towards my subtotal.
After fooling with it long enough, I decided to go in and ask an employee. A young lady was cleaning the lobby area/trash, so I approached her and asked her if she knew anything about the 50% off email and the Arby's App. She wasn't too familiar with the reason behind the App not crediting the 50% off my total, but she did immediately direct me to a gentleman behind the counter (I'm pretty sure he was the shift manager) and she told him what was going on with the app and it not honoring the 50% off from my email. He immediately said that he would honor the 50% off and would take my order instead of me placing it online and having to adjust it that way.
I was extremely impressed with the fast acting help and support from their team and instantly resolving the issue without making excuses to why they couldn't honor the "Arby's App" deal.

Everything appeared to be satisfactory until my wife took a bite of her cheese sticks. They were exceedingly tough, resembling solid rock. Therefore, I will award it 3 stars for the service and atmosphere as a whole.
Went through drive thru, early in the day. Staff was on the ball. Got food for four, no errors, friendly service and the food was fresh.
Food was fresh and tasted great. Price was actually better than expected.
Drove 20 mins to get there. Ordered food after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes just for them to forget multiple items. Went back thru to get what was missed. Get home and my Smokehouse Brisket is a Fried piece of fish between 2 buns and nothing else. Apparently tou need to inspect EVERYTHING you order here before leaving as they're completely clueless and have zero quality control.
