I used to really love the food here. Unfortunately with excessive unchecked greed-flation, if it's not on sale, I'm not buying it. Just not worth what they charge.
The store appeared clean, well maintained and free of any noticeable issues.
I found the front counter staff to be moderately rude, unfriendly and disingenuous, he made it very clear that my presence was an annoyance to him. I would have gladly settled for welcomed customer since valued guest was obviously out of the question.
Sandwiches were served hot, fresh and delicious as ordered.
Extremely grateful for the return of the potato cakes.
It's almost 5 on a Sunday afternoon and this place only has one other person here. Most all of the tables need wiped down. There is a smell in here not sure what it is. The chairs need wiped down and the lobby floor is sticky. And Jose is leaning against the counter talking not working. There is plenty to be done. My husband ordered the 9 piece boneless wings with fries and they dumped the fries on top of the wings, which didn't look very appealing. It also makes you wonder how fresh everything is when your order is served in 2 minutes.
This place needs to get their act together so people will want to eat there.

Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches. 1 tasted funny. After turning it over, I lost my appetite after seeing the picture below. I'm not sure if this was mold or something else. The other issue is that I was told you only get 1 package of sauce. If you use horsey sauce and arby sauce, you have to ask for each one, or they only give you 1 sauce per sandwich. This is their store policy.
I love Arby's. A friend of mine owned most all of them in Tucson. The meal we got in Snowflake the other day was disturbing. $27. for a bacon cheese burger and a gyro with no bun and a French dip. The French dip was ok, but the gyro had hardly any meat, but mist disturbing was the burger. It was small and burned on the side, not facing out. Burnt crispy! I'm not complaining about the price, but for the price, it should be at least presentable.

I ordered a beef n cheddar it was a big pile of mess.I have had this sandwich before and it didn't look like this one. I should have took it back. But I didn't. Won't go back.
Wish they'd bring back the chicken salad sandwich. I had a burger, and it was remarkably good. Usually, they specialize in roast beef and pastrami. The fish sandwich is good when made right.
Very poor customer service. The cashier was snarky and rude at the drive through window. They told me to pull forward to bring out my food however, I was the only customer at the restaurant. I ordered a medium drink and wads given a small, when asked i was disregarded. Ridiculous.
Love the chicken sandwiches. The turkey sandwich you make at Thanksgiving time is very good. I'll be back.
