Service was AMAZING! The dining area was clean and quite peaceful to have lunch in with my friend. Macey was very nice! She definitely exceeded my expectations. She helped me with questions about things on the menu. I did NOT care for the gyros meat. You definitely have to have the taste for it!
While on a trip out west, the HB stopped for a French Dip at Arby's. Now, Joplin USED to have the best FD on the planet at a place called The Kitchen Pass. But sadly, they are no longer in business.
But, I'll say the folks at the Joplin Arby's did great. I miss Kitchen Pass, but I'll definitely hit up the Arby's again.
The lady who took my order at the register was so nice and patient with me. I felt bad because they were clearly short staffed as she was running around a lot helping get orders together in between taking customers orders. But she was being very dilligent and friendly! My order was made well and fulfilled correctly.
When we arrived there were several people waiting to get their food. It seemed like they only had two people working with a lobby full and a drive thru full of cars. Waited about 10 minutes just to place our order. Food came out fairly quick considering the circumstances. Good food. Service is normally really good. Seems like they were having an off night.
Arby's is usually one of my favorites. But this time I was disappointed. I have an allergy to onions, and Arby's have always been good about making sure there were none on my food. This, however, not only did they leave them on, but the drive we took left them on there for 30 minutes. Still, I thought I could just pick them off (they make me vomit violently) and still enjoy my gyro. But no, the juices must have soaked in, and I was ill all night long. This is one time out of hundreds, so not going for a one star.
Ordered the all new steak & cheese classic garlic sandwich. Picture in store showed red, green peppers with onions and cheese. The only thing on the sandwich was meat and it wasn’t steak, it was pressed roast beef and cut into 1/2 inche cubes with the garlic sauce. Sauce was over whelming and couldn’t taste the meat. I have ate at Arby’s for years and never had this bad of a tasting sandwich. Ended up throwing it away. May never return again. Look at the picture. I clicked on your link and all you want is the same information I gave you before. A waste of my time. Thank you for making up my mind. Now I-will never visit another Arby’s!!! By the way Arby’s never tried to make it right after I gave them my name, email and address.
Normally don't complain but went through drive thru Got family pack seem like didn't have the option to order fries instead of curly fries and ask if there were different kind of sauce besides Arby's sauce and horsy sauce seem this person didn't care . And always get cold curly fries Not Happy but sure complain will make a difference.
I got a whole list of stuff to ding you on but the premium lemonade no refill thing is really pissing me off. I pay for a "premium" drink, I should get a "premium" refill. And is there a discernable difference between the option that is on the fountain? That wasn't even offered as a no cost/low cost substitute.
For the money you people are charging...execution in service is paramount..and your floors were really sticky.
