Don’t eat here. I had ordered through uber eats and got slimy and stickycheese on my son’s kids meal and I had a hair in my beef and cheddar sandwich.
Spent way too much money for such a bad experience. There was no line in the drive thru but the people working there seemed to have an issue with a customer disturbing them. Ended up with food that wasn't even done for alot of money. Will not be going back
November 27. 6:46 pm The window workers are rudest staff ever. Grumpy young kids who made our sandwiches super thin and incorrectly and they took forever. This place is too expensive for them to be making thin sandwiches and treat you like crap.
It seems they hired a group of grumpy high school students fresh out of juvie. Very hostile environment. Also they made me feel like I was asking for an arm and a leg for my drink that they forgot. And my sandwich was freezing cold, but I was scared to ask for a new one.
Fred myer gives coupons for a 6.99 meal
The store has had no issues doing it until the last two days.
They won’t respect the coupon now for some reason.
Makes no sense why Fred myer would give coupons if Arby’s will not take them anymore.
The lady who tried to sound British or from England is very rude an it’s a fake voice because she always goes back to talking normal after I ask a question.

They messed up my order and gave me Beef N Cheddar sandwich when I asked for the classic roast beef sandwich and when I got home to eat it this is when I discovered their mistake, called and they said you have to specifically ask for no cheese on your classic roast beef sandwich. What!!!!! Never will I have Arby’s on Sleater Kinney again.
Just a bit expensive these days. No coupons, deals only in app, but have to park and walk in to get online orders. Not as convenient in order to save money and continue loyalty.
They got my order correct, and it's flavor and presentation were consistent with all the other Arby's I've been to. Potato cakes were back, too.
