What a great job the manager Mark has done to turn this location around. It use to be average, but since Mark took over, drive thru food is always hot and fresh. The dining room was spotless today. The employees are cheery and happy. Mark leads by example and believes that communication is key in his management style. Well done today Arby’s.
Only giving one star because I can't give less. First, after I ordered, was told they didn't have Coke. Then, I was served a Beef n Cheddar without the red sauce. When I brought it back to the counter to have the situation addressed, the MOD told me that they no longer served it with red sauce at that location u less it was requested because some customers didn't like it. I explained that the purpose of a franchise is that all the food is served the same at EVERY location and that the franchisee was not at liberty to just change that. The proper course of action is for those who don't care for the red sauce to order their sandwiches without the sauce....just like I order all my burgers with no pickle. Anyways, I would def avoid this location and with the fact I reached out to Arby's and asked them to contact me and in 3 days they have not, im thinking I'm avoiding Arby's in general for a good while
Unfortunately like many fast food places in Columbia this specific Arby's is following a trend. It was about 815 pm and there was not a single person in the drive thru, not a single person inside, I pulled up to the drive through was asked to please wait a moment. Proceeded to sit literally for 15 minutes and whoever was working I guess decided they didn't want to do their job that night. Such a disappointment as there are only 2 arbys in Columbia. I had to drive to the complete other end of town just to get my family dinner. What an absolute joke. If you don't want to do your job don't work in fast food absolute disgrace. I used to frequent this arbys because I live on that side of town. I guess they will no longer get my business but I know I am 1 person but I wonder how many people have also not gotten service from this location recently.
Let me start by saying customer service was great at this location. So I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich meal and upsized it to a large. Drink wasn’t a large, fries were halfway filled up with crumbs not curly fries, food was really cold like it had been pre made hours ago. Chicken was pink and slimy looking in the middle. Overall first time I’ve been to this location and I will probably never be back. I called and they said come back and get another sandwich which I respect but why would I do that with the service I just got?
I ate at this establishment today after church service. I walked in and two different families were ahead of me. The cashier was nonchalant as if her job really didn't matter. When I approached the counter I ordered a Greek gyro, small crinkle fries and water. I had no idea if I needed to come back up to get my order or if they were going to bring it out to the table. My fries looked over cooked but it was old grease I'm assuming due to my fries haven't looked like this before at this establishment. The Greek gyro was tasty and presentation was nice.
Customer service is excellent Their bathrooms are spotless, However their fries were old. I plan on going back and provide them a second chance to make it right!
I had to wait for a meal in the drive-thru and when I finally got it, the fries were stale and cold and the gyro sandwich hardly had anything on it. Not worth the $11 I paid for it!
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It had 4 boneless chicken nuggets on it. Fries were hot. They had no ketchup or honey mustard in the containers. Had no Dr. pepper and there was no sign posted. Had to read a little menu at the counter. Tables were dirty. The cook had a loud disagreement with the manager. Worst experience ever!
