Got 4 beef and cheddars and there was barely any cheese. Also ordered a large curly fry and didn't even add up to a small order. We did drive thru so we didn't see anything until we got home.
The person working the drive-through as I type this was rude to my mother when she was calmly asking why this Arby's has a different policy than the other locations in town. They interrupted her and talked over her before she could even get three words out, repeating the policy loudly. I don't want to missgender them, but I didn't get their name, so the safest description I can come up with is that they reminded me of Rupaul, but younger.
The female working the drive thru had an attitude from the very beginning and got even worse at the window. She acted like I inconvenienced her . Was rude over the intercom and when I got to the window she slammed my money in my hand, slammed the window, shoved my bag and drink at me. I was confused as to why she was so mad. She needs to find someplace else to work if that’s how she is going to treat people
I went to the arbys on south Seneca in Wichita Kansas. Worst experience ever! I ordered French dip combo no cheese large size. They were filling up a small cup so I had to tell I wanted the combo large size again. Then the soda was kind of flat. Got home and my husbands order was in the bag but my French dip and sauce was not! We had to go back and husband went in. He came back out to car and said they told him they were out of French dips! I’m livid by this point! I just said get me 2 roast beef sandwiches and au jus sauce. That was the worst experience. The cashier obviously didn’t pay attention when we ordered and the kid that was annoyed with us and gave us our food well part of it was annoyed!
If only I could post negative stars. I rarely go out to eat and I haven't had Arby's in a while use to be my favorite. I'm like okay let's give this a shot. Boy was I wrong. $12 for a medium number five? I feel like I over paid for small portions. the food was horrible and cold. it had a tomato the size of the sandwich itself. the chicken tasted like it's been left out for a while it was even tough in some areas. Last time I'll ever eat here.
Gabe was very nice at the drive thru. We talked like we were friends for ten years! Give the man a raise!
Orderd the family deal with the coupons. 2 beef and cheddar. And all we got was a chicken sandwich 2 nuggets and 4 fries.
It's Arby's This is a good location the food always tastes good and fries are hot. Staff is really nice
