Props to Colton for making my experience seamless! He not only took my order efficiently but also fulfilled it in a timely manner. Colton went the extra mile by asking if I needed any condiments, which made the whole experience effortless and pleasant. Great service all around!
Let me say I was asked to go here to write a review of this restaurant. The service people were so nice and helpful as I purposely stumbled with my order. The counter was dirty. I had to ask for my drink cup. The fountain drink area were I had to get my own beverage was so dirty with sauces and pop that I almost gave their cup back. I was scared to touch anything after that. The tables and floors are dirty. The bathrooms need a power washer and deodorizer also. The food quality was decent, the food temperature was inadequate and could have made me sick. A serious inquiry to the health department will be my next step. 2 stars for friendly employees.
The man at the window made me physically give him my cell phone to pay by Apple Pay. I do not think any establishment should be physically, touching your phone and taking it from you to use Apple Pay. He should be pulling out the device so that I can tap it myself. I did not like this, and it felt fishy to me.

Went through the drive-through it was dark out, and the lights are out placed my order. Thought I was being polite telling them that the lights weren’t on outside just for the girl at the window to go tell the manager that I had a problem. She comes to the window and says to me is there a problem I was like no there’s no problem. I just thought you’d like to know. The lights weren’t on outside. She was very rude.
They served me bad roast beef sandwich. It smelled horrible and I had to throw it away immediately. The health inspector needs to show up.

I have never ever been to a bad arby's, and thins one is no exception. Excellent service, fast food done well, and friendly people. For Lent right now, they have the fish again -- best fish out there!!!! highly recomended
